I didn't plan on giving ANY stars for this review but had to add "1" in order for my review to be accepted. I have been a loyal customer and spent $572 this past weekend on scrubs and shoes. I live in Wisconsin. I happened to check my account yesterday only to find out that right after my online purchase, there were charges on my card for Miami and Fort Lauderdale (roughly 45 miles apart) which occurred after my purchase with UA, also located in Fort Lauderdale. I had to spend the morning with the Fraud division with Chase and then 3 phone calls to UA as I was hung up on twice and then held for over 40 minutes to get to an "online manager". The "young" man I spoke with stated he would "send out an email" regarding the event. He furthermore stated that their people "and even himself" don't have access to people's card numbers - only the last 6 numbers. I told him respectfully that this may be the case but ultimately, a purchase could NOT take place with my bank, Chase, without FULL disclosure of my numbers on my card and as a result, there is a leak in the system and they have a thief in their midst. He then stated if they figure out who it is, they wouldn't be able to divulge the identity. I understand this may be the case but personally, as an educated individual in a professional role who has spent "considerable" money on their products I felt my concerns will not be addressed nor were they taken seriously on the part of Uniform Advantage. Being a victim of identity theft is one of the most stressful experiences one can have, and I can only imagine your extreme anxiety as you spent that day on the phone with your bank and with us. Please accept a sincere apology; it sounds like our customer agents were not able to adequately express their deep concern as you detailed this occurrence. I am genuinely sorry that, even after having spoken to one of our supervisors, you got the impression that your issue would not be taken seriously.
Uniform Advantage’s commitment to safe, secure, honest business dealings is wholehearted and absolute. All of our teams take very seriously the security of your card information. Uniform Advantage is “PCI compliant,” which means that we strictly adhere to the high-level security standards set down by the payment card industry to carefully guard cardholder data throughout the transaction process.
Your particular order was placed directly online, which means that no person in our company ever saw your card number. The invoice that was printed in our distribution center when fulfilling your order does not contain any bank card information; this invoice, used when picking your merchandise, was the only contact which any of our personnel had with your order.
This is such a grave matter, however, that we investigated further and followed up with you directly with an email from our Loss Prevention department. We found that this was an isolated incident, which could very well mean that someone may have accessed the card information from your computer or intercepted the data between your computer and our robust firewalls.
In that email to you, our loss prevention expert recommended that you run a thorough, aggressive search with the anti-virus software on your computer; if you have not yet done so, please do that right away in order to protect yourself and others from similar occurrences.
I am so very sorry for the any economic loss you may have ultimately sustained from the unauthorized use of your card, but I even more saddened by the emotional toll this has taken. Credit card fraud is a very serious and very destructive offense. Uniform Advantage will continue to be vigilant in the use of our customers’ information and in our goal to be ever on the cutting edge of data integrity safeguards.

WORST COMPANY! Literally buy from ANYONE/ANYWHERE ELSE! I had 2 gift cards that I wanted to use. I picked out a few things and went to check out. The gift cards applied--each had $50 on them. I owed around $10 balance that I proceeded to put on a credit card. I hit submit and got an error message. I tried a few times with the same card, then tried a few other different cards thinking it was my card that was the problem. I kept getting the same error message. By this time I was annoyed and figured I'd try again later on that day. However, I got a notification from my bank that multiple $10 transactions were processing. All from Uniform Advantage. Needless to say I called UA right away--and they proceeded to tell me that their online system doesn't accept multiple forms of payment!? Oh really? Well it was accepted and you charged my card multiple times! They said that the payments would reverse in 7-10 business days. Well what if I had no money in these accounts? I would be overdrawn and SOL and UA wouldn't give a d**m! I had to end up placing the order online, and the clothing didn't even fit well. I returned 5 out of the 6 items. They only gave me the sale price as a refund on these items, so after going back and forth with exchanging/shipping back--since they make you pay for return shipping--I was out at least $30-$40 for ONE SCRUB CAP. I don't even have enough space or time or energy to type out the full story but this was the worst of it that I felt I had to warn whoever will read this to buy from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE and you will probably get a better deal and most importantly less of a headache! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY OVERALL! I have never in my life had to deal with such incompetence!

Every garment that we sell (whether part of one of our own Uniform Advantage collections or belonging to another brand) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart indicates the body measurements that each size of that style is intended for; it also indicates the inseam length of the pants. This information is intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size to order, especially when requesting styles that they have not worn before. We recommend that our customers always consult this information when requesting styles they have not ordered before.
Of course, if an item were to be incorrectly labeled, following this chart will not be as effective. I apologize if you have received such a garment, and I’d like to correct that mistake. You asked about the return shipping fee. We do strive to make merchandise exchanges as hassle-free as possible. If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but we recommend it as the shipment is trackable and insured, which can be a lifesaver if the package should go astray on its way back to us.
When returning just one or two relatively inexpensive items, many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service. This may well be more cost effective, though the package may not be insured and trackable. We are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us by any carrier. Please note that if you return items for an exchange, we do not charge a shipping fee on the new order going back to you.
