Uniform advantage is a great site when I am looking for new scubs. They have a lot of variety of any fit and color you want. The shipping was very fast.
When I first heard about Uniform Advantage through an old co-worker, I immediately checked out their website & was in awe. I LOVE all their different styles of scrubs, & I enjoy wearing comfortable, & active scrub wear. I'm also a HUGE Disney fan & I love how they have different Disney scrub tops to choose from. I've ordered so many Disney scrubs, & the assisted living facility I work at, all of the residents love the colors & characters I wear. Uniform Advantage does NOT disappoint, & I'll always be a loyal customer for buying Disney scrubs, & more!
There are a lot of options on the website and not just for scrubs. Different prints and styles. Ordering is easy. Luckily I have not had to return anything.
Purchased 2 items both items about 2xs two big. Then I had to pay for the returns and pay for me to get the items back. It took over a month. When I called I'm on hold for over 30 minutes. Then they say we will call you back in 1 buisness day. Still dont return untill 2 days
Then its an email. I'm still waiting for my pants over a month robberry
It's always so easy for me to get on uniform advantage and get some cute & high quality scrubs! I have never had a problem as many times as I've used the website. Thank you for being so awesome.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I order scrubs for a fairly large clinic and the last order was missing half the items. Of the items sent, some of them were the incorrect size and item. Been in contact with their customer service rep for over a week now, the first time he told me he would email within 48 hours - a week later still no email. The best he could do for me was refund the missing items, but nothing said about the incorrect items, and a refusal to refund the cost of shipping. He then told me I could have 10% off my next order, when asked how I could claim the 10% I was told that once I had submitted the order and paid for it, I could contact them and they would refund me 10% of what I'd paid.
The sizes usually run big, and are sometimes incorrectly labelled (e.g. Labelled size medium, but the size matches other small size tops of the same product), the colours fade very quickly, and wear through quickly as well. Have had multiple issues with non-existent or incorrect tracking numbers being sent to me with orders. The list goes on. I am honestly fed up with the service, and unhelpful representatives.

Every garment that we sell (whether it is our own Uniform Advantage brand or not) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website, which is intended to help our valued customers make informed choices on what size to order. Of course, if an item were to be incorrectly labeled—which sounds like what might have happened in your case—following this chart will not be as effective. Lastly, I certainly understand your frustration with the recent shipping times and tracking numbers. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the United States Postal Service, UPS, and indeed all carriers experienced unprecedented volumes of shipments last year, especially during the holiday season. Many packages took longer than usual to deliver, and tracking efficacy was also definitely impacted. I am so sorry that you were affected by this.

Ugh I wish I could give this place no starts! I bought shoes for a good price but they run bigger. The worst part is that the heel has holes in it and they send me a patch which doesn't fit and falls off place when I walk. To make things worse their return and exchange policy are ridiculous and is not worth it to do it. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!
I have gotten so many compliments on my UA scrubs. They have different designs, and colors compared to the local stores. I finally bought a smaller size and it's still a bit large.
Was very happy with the quality and speed of receiving these tops! Have received compliments from several clients in just the few days I have worn them!
I buy most of my scrubs from UA. There are so many brands and various styles and options. It's like a one stop shop. It's quick and easy to get your shopping done.
I love shopping at uniform advantage online because they have exclusive pieces that no other scrub shop has! They are always so customer friendly when it comes to returns and are so helpful!
Uniform Advantage has a good media marketing. Products, sizes varies and lots of options. The service, processing and shipping needs improvement.
I ordered my scrub uniform July 22nd, >$100 to qualify for free shipping. So expecting arrival would be 7-10 days. Well... product not arrived yet because they did not pack the ordered product until July 27th.
Comparison to different online stores:
QVC and HSN: I ordered nursing shoes July 23rd, same thing with free shipping promo. Both shoes arrived July 26th.
This is with no follow up phone call necessary.
Victoria Secret: I ordered monday July 24th, with the free shipping promo >$100 of product. I received my orders July 27th. Awesome services and reliability.

I started my first hospital job wearing Butter soft, I was attracted to how SOFT it is! It feels like I'm just wearing my pjs to work (I work nights so it suits perfectly). Now, I wear their Lauderdale scrubs and I'm in love! Great quality and so fashionable. THE GOLD TOUCH IS PERFECT. Love how flexible it is as well and it is uniformed perfectly. Honestly, everyone stole my jogger look and now majority my staff wears the exact ones I wear. I have no complaint about this company and their quality and style is worth it! I never received my international parcel. They use a very bad reputed courier aramex who delivered to wrong address. No one taking any responsibility which means I lost my money.

I have been ordering from this company for 15+ years. They are my favorite. I love the variety in scrub choices and the price works with my budget. I highly recommend them.
I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs with embroidered tops on February 3rd, 2021. I kept checking the tracking information and it said BeingProcessed forever. Then, on February 28th I got a text message from Discover saying my card was charged again by Uniform Advantage. I was told my original order would arrive by February 15th and here it is March 1st. I contacted UA today via the chat and was told my order had a processing issue and did not process until yesterday, and now my scrubs won't arrive for another 15-17 days! I started my job on the 8th of February and I still am wearing street clothes because of how much this company sucks. Never ordering from UA again. I am extremely disappointed and the customer service is unacceptable.

Please be assured that your card was only charged once for this order. We charge only when the order ships from our warehouse. The activity you saw on your card statement right after your order was first placed and then again on 02/28 was simply an authorization to verify that the funds were available. Once the order shipped and was actually charged, any authorizations still showing automatically fall off the card within a few business days.
It seems that the delay in your order happened after you had requested the originally-ordered embroidery to be slightly modified. As a general rule, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed; in your case, we were able to honor your modification request, but the order was unfortunately delayed as a result.
I do want to offer a sincere apology for our not having kept you adequately apprised of your order status. I can only imagine your frustration with eagerly awaiting garments that you need for a new job but not knowing when they will arrive. My school is using this company and they have been nothing but grief! Sent me a scrub top with the wrong writing on it, then tried to correct the order and sent me a top three sizes too small... I've been calling and emailing, have spent hours on the phone and still, they have not re-sent the order which was originally placed in May! It's now the end of August and my class starts this week! Sales can be hit or miss when trying to find a size and sometimes the sizes run a little small. But the scrubs I do find are of really good quality. I have been a customer for about 8 years.
I love all the uniforms I have ordered. I ordered twice. 4 tops and 3 pants first time then 4 pants and 3 tops. I love them all. Took about a week for the ordered to ship. They all fit perfectly. Not all my tops aren't stretchy some are regular fabric. I had help from the customer service who helped me buy the correct pant legnth. Which for me has always been a problem. I do private duty CNA work about 80 hours a week. I love my uniforms. It was recommended to me and I will and have recommended this company to my health care friends.
I ordered two sets of scrubs and despite putting in my right address it got switched twice- once without an apartment number to UPS and then a completely different address to USPS somehow. It was marked not deliverable and would be sent back to their headquarters. After talking with someone they said I should figure it out with UPS or USPS. 7 or more calls later I got the address corrected but then got a call saying it was actually sent back. Then 5 days later it arrived making it nearly 2 weeks to get my package after I paid for shipping. If shipping and customer service is this unhelpful- I fixed it myself with no support from UA- shipping should be free. There was also very little detail on difference between petite / short and regular so my scrubs are too big. The material also isn't ve stretchy, which is important for me. I've sent it back but I still have to pay AGAIN for shipment back. Worst costumer service experience- paying for bad service and zero help. Don't shop here, stick to Amazon, an actual store or any other company.

You do not mention if you ordered from one of our own Uniform Advantage lines or from one of the other national brands that we carry. Each brand and each line employs a different fabric blend, and that is what will determine the stretchiness of the items. I apologize if the differences in sizing seemed unclear. Items marked “Petite,” “Short,” or “Tall” have the same fit as the “Regular” option; the only difference is in the length of the garment. Every garment that we sell (whether it is our own Uniform Advantage brand or not) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart is intended to help our valued customers make informed choices on what size to order; it details the body measurements each style is made for and gives the inseam length of pants.
Our shipping charges can vary depending on the total dollar amount of the order; our current promotion consists of a flat $7.99 shipping fee on orders up to $129, or free shipping on orders that total more than that. An exchange order going back to you carries no shipping charge; we cover that cost.
We do strive to keep returns and exchanges as simple and hassle-free as possible. The return shipping label included with your order is prepaid, so UPS will not charge you when you drop the package off, but when we receive your returns we will generally deduct $8.99 from your exchange value to cover the cost of that return shipping label. The use of this convenient label is always optional, though we recommend it since it is insured and trackable (which could be important if your package should go astray on its way back to us). However, Uniform Advantage is happy to process returns that reach us by any carrier, if you choose to not use the label provided. Of course, given the difficulties you’ve had with this order, we’d be happy to waive (or refund) that return shipping fee altogether.
