I waited weeks without any success, and every interaction with customer service felt like being run in circles. Definitely an above-average brokerage. Once I started trading with them, they were poorer in performance but they've been getting better and better from then on. Withdrawals are faster now (although still slower than a short-term trader would want) Also, trading assets have diversity which suits me very well. Trading platform is top of the notch, even for a beginner like me. Have to say, I'd recommend to any new trader!
They are persistent cold callers, with manchester numbers and claims of being located in switzerland. They collect deposits and then even when you make profits will make you pay to make withdrawals, which will never come by the way. I personally had to resort to submitting a claim at swift recovery europe before i got my deposits and profits for a percentage, i found them on youtube. Please stay away from umarkets
Not to sounds exaggerative but Umarketspro are truly a modern-day brokerage. I've had my fair share of brokers in the past (been trading for a decade) and these guys feel fresh and understanding. No old-school advice or massive spreads to cut my profits in half. Will be sticking with them for quite some time, if they continue to deliver as well as they do now!
Account opening took way more time than I expected. Wanst happy about that so I deduct a star definitely. At least funding went through quicker so I was able to trade almost on time with my research. Not the biggest of deals but still worth mentioning. Also, their support isnt massively helpful, I had to do a deeper research to know what I was looking for. As for platform and trading products, I am satisfied. They cover everything and their trading experts are actually helpful once you get to talk with them. 3.5/5 from me.
Im a beginner broker and I do well at umarketspro. I know a lot about the markets, just haven't traded that much for real. Made my first profits last week, even withdrew them. Withdrawal was slow I admit but I got my profits now so all is fine. Customer support wasn't helpful as well, had to just wait for my money. Staying with them because of their platform, it's really nice for all level.
It is a scam! You have to deposit and they promise to bounce right back, but they dont! Than you have to pay to get it back and you even lose more! They took all my money, 22.250,00! Don't believe them!
Swiss support is useless, English is okay. Spreads are fine if youre a professional and have bigger capital, beginners will have a hard time dealing with them. Not the best of webinars but they still have educational value. Have to say, umarketspro can do better but they're surely trying!
Everything is ok until you ask your money back, than the problems start, they can take it from your creditcard en don't won't to transfer it back to your creditcard, than suddenly they need all your bankreferencies en bank account number to refund your money, al do it says in their policies that they refund to your creditcard, a bunch off thieves that's what they are
