Terrible - I brought my two daughters here for their birthday a day before our Caribbean cruise. A day later the colour wore off their nails looked horrible. They had a very humiliating time in the pool as their nail colour just got worse and felt embarrassed to show their bare feet. We took photos and called the owner. However, Cecelia wasn't interested. We paid close to a $100 + extra in tips and when we returned from cruise we visited - but the owners were very rude and unsympathetic. No partial refund offered neither did they offer up an apology. That was our last visit there! WARNING: RUN!
