Never got it! Company accused me of canceling my order, they did it! Don't use this company! Not legit! This company will not help you if you don't get your order or if anything goes wrong. They deny and take no responsibility for their actions and responsibility's. It's a shame I'm sure the product is great but the service doesn't match the product. Use a different company if you are looking for a company that cares, this company is not the company you're looking for!

My order got shipped but never arrived.

Given that it is the post company's responsibility I understand things can happen. I reached out and their customer support doesn't get back to me, I never received the machine or a refund

After I placed the order I was having buyers remorse because it was a lot of money, but after I got it and used it I realized it was worth it! I used it on my under arms and it worked like a charm. I am excited to see the results for my bikini area.

I have reached out to this company 5 times to return their product to no avail. They will not send me a return label. I have been more than patience and check out the complaints board about this company. They do this to many folks trying to deter you from sending their product back. They keep giving you the run around as times goes by. They claim to have a 90 day return policy which they do NOT honor. Beware they will bargain with you and ask you to keep the product and they will discount it by 20% etc.

Then the next email will say there will be a restocking fee, blah blah blah. Their word means nothing...

This is an expensive product so I really hoped it would work after reading reviews and seeing it on TikTok, but I am very disappointed. It flashes really slowly so it takes much longer than 10 minutes they claim to do an all over body treatment. I used it on my face, armpits, bikini and legs and it takes over 3o minutes because the flashes are so slow! You also have to use it multiple times a week which is very time consuming and really not worth it. I haven't really seen any hair growth reduction in the 5 weeks i've been using it. I don't know what to do now because I paid for this so I guess I'll keep using it and hope for some results but wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I wanted to change colour of the product 2 days after ordering. I write in to customer service email but no reply from them even after I got my product.

Ulike will charge a 10% restocking fee for any packaging UNOPENED product and a 30% restocking fee for any packaging OPENED product.
This is a very stupid, how do you know if this equipment working or not on your body, if you can't try.
