Do not use this service, they have over 1500 court cases pending, they have brides sign up to a free offer to win a free wedding. They then supply all the entries detail to companies supplying services.
These companies are being scammed out of thousands a year by being supplied false leads. When they contest the contract UK Bride take them to small claims courts for double whats owed. They are putting many many small business's out of business with the false leads and corrupt free trial periods to companies. Once your free trial has ended they automatically sign you over to a service package costing £1200 minimum per year. Then when you try to cancel as you don't want the service there policy already makes you responsible for the fees. And then to top it of the cancellation is so difficult as you have to contact them to receive a stop code, which they dont make easy at all. Even after they have taken you to court and win in there favour they still supply you with false leads.
Don't take my word alone for it check the real reviews by all the small businesses and brides that are being scammed.

Have recently joined as we want to get married Next year. Love it so much especially as can chat to loads of other brides to be who are all at different stages so as well as all tips on site have had loads of great ideas passed over which have really helped me with planning my big day! Plus I love all the prizes and we hope we win the dream wedding as that would be amazing!

I'm really disappointed that my three month trial didn't provide any work for my business. I want to cancel, but you took over £900 from me for the next years subscription. I got in touch with UKBride as soon as the money was taken, but you think that a great business needs to take money from disgruntled customers. I've obtained a STOP code, and hopefully used it 'correctly'. I think your business model (of taking money for a terrible service) is sub-optimal.

This is a scam, UK Bride cannot be trusted.

They trick you into a 3 month contract, asking you to pay for the admin charge of £30. Do not make this payment as they will have your account details for them to automatically deduct money from your account. They deducted money from my account after the 3 month trial, without informing me of the cost, the period of contract and asking me what package I would like.

They cannot be trusted. I have not had any business leads from my trial period, I do not believe they are real leads. Many do not have an email including for me to contact the client.

Please avoid, I can see many people here that have been tricked like myself.

Full of false leads when you follow up on the leads, never ever get a reply. Also they make it so difficult for you to cancel the policy and have to have a cancellation a cancellation code. If you don't get this code you can not cancel and if they have your Visa card details they just keep taking your money do not sign up to this company as always, I wanna do is take your money and give you know Support and certainly no business

They pretty much force you to try them for free and then demand payment when you don't ask for a 'stop' code that they do not tell you about. Then they hound you for payment and send threatening letters.

Never agree to sign up to UKBride for a free trail or otherwise, they will lock you into a contract that auto renews and demand payment of thousands and threaten court action, for a service that you don't want and is highly questionable whether the leads you receive are genuine.

I'm echoing lots of other reviews about this awful company!

I have been scammed by UK Bride! They hook you in with a free 3 month trial but ask you to pay an admin fee thereby taking your bank account details. They then tell you that they will be in touch before the trial comes to an end to see if you want to continue etc which is how it should be.but instead you never hear from them again and they start taking money from your account once the trial ends. They have taken £300 from my account without permission. After contacting them on the day the money was taken they refuse to give it back and in a very confrontational email say that it's non refundable. In this day and age where money is so tight it's very sneaky and underhand from them.

Customer service is horrendous! You have to ask for a stop code as there's no way to go into the account to stop the subscription! I mean why make it so awkward to be able to stop them taking money from you! There are no payment details on your account either! They never asked what package I would like, the cost, length of advertising or anything but instead just take a lump sum! Awful awful company and I would advise others to stay well clear!

Anybody planning a wedding i recommend UKBRIDE, it has been such a big help to me im over the moon with the tools and it has made my life easy and taken the stress away, thanks UKBRIDE for all of your help.

I work for a small family business that offers the hire of a function room for wedding receptions. UKBride contacted us offering a free three month trial to which we, slightly reluctantly, signed up for after being repeatedly called by their sales team. Following 2.5 months of receiving low quality leads (I'm unsure they're genuine due to the lack of responses), they decide to bill us for nearly £2k claiming that the trial has ended and needs to renew. It's clear they tried to backdate the start of the 'trial' and are trying their luck. This is a complete breach of contract as they haven't fulfilled the three months free trial. The fact such a complicated contract with difficult exit is in place shows their intentions. Businesses – avoid at all costs, it's not worth it. I'd recommend using Hitched as an alternative.

This is clearly an endemic issue for wedding suppliers caused by UKBride's malicious practices. They could be such a good resource for both suppliers and couples if this cloud was not hanging over them.

Forged signature on 'Order Form', Refusal to cancel my 6-month free trial. I tried for months, they made it impossible. I was laid up on the sofa for 6 weeks as I had had a skiing accident. Nothing on the site allows you to cancel your subscription or trial, I really tried. They even assured me that it was cancelled clearly to stop my consistent phone calls but lied and then walloped me with a £2.4k invoice the day the trial was meant to be finished

Now they are taking me to court and I am not the only one:

Do not join, do not be extorted. UKbride is an elaborate scam and it just keeps on evolving. It has been a living nightmare. If you already have joined and are experiencing this, you are not alone.

I had an extremely horrific experience with Bride UK that I feel compelled to share. They entice you with the promise of a free trial, but the reality is far from it. This company seems to have a shocking disregard for ethics and customer satisfaction. Here's my story of how they deceived me into parting with my hard-earned money and then harassed me when I tried to resolve the issues.

Initially, I signed up for what was advertised as a "free trial" with Bride UK, a company that claims to help small businesses with lead generation. Little did I know that this was the beginning of a nightmare. Without any agreement or consent, they proceeded to automatically charge my account. The charges didn't stop at the initial one; they continued to withdraw money from my account under the pretense of providing leads.

However, it quickly became apparent that the leads they were sending were nothing short of fake. These supposed leads provided no value or potential business prospects. It became clear that Bride UK was nothing more than a deceitful company preying on small businesses looking to expand their reach. Their actions were not only dishonest but also severely damaging to the businesses they claimed to support.

What's even more shocking is that when I dared to challenge these unjust charges, Bride UK resorted to threats. They menacingly warned me of legal action if I attempted to recover the thousands of pounds they had taken from my hard-earned money. It's reprehensible that they would go to such lengths to protect their ill-gotten gains.

It's high time that Bride UK and companies like them are held accountable for their actions. I intend to relentlessly pursue justice and bring attention to their fraudulent practices. No business or individual should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. Bride UK, you are nothing short of deplorable scammers, and your actions are entirely unacceptable. I will continue to voice my concerns until you are made to answer for the harm you have caused to so many innocent people.
