Uk.naughty.smooch

I am a member of smooch it advertised naughty smooch out of curiosity to see if any one i was writing to on normal smooch was on it I filled in profile and did not pay a fee I only went on the site once. I saw people that i was writing to on smooch and decided that if they were members of naughty smooch then they were not for me.
I left the site without signing up. I am now alerted a year later that my picture and profile are on the site. I contacted them and they will not take my profile down.
I have no membership number, no password my email address does work on it.
As i had barred emails from smooch on my hotmail account and even though its now retrieved not banned i have no access to the account and their staff say that without a membership id or credit card no. They cannot do anything so they have my details to my shame on their site for all the world to see and local people to s$#*! at. No one would believe that i was just cruising. They are scum totally of this earth.

Bacsally im deafness and i sign up the site for free then few day found a picture of my ex who i still hang around and spoke to her about it and its wasnt her of course and i report it and they remove it and i become member for £108 6month so and find all mail on there is done by system fake as i reply no one mail back and after 3 day i want to cancel it and it accept it but surely it wont refund it at all not ever £90 or so due on it for just bits as i spoke support in there is usedless am not happy at all how can i report it to trade?
