Sent me the WRONG product and won't fix it. So sad as I loved UGG before this experience now I will never buy again and will tell others of how they won't reply to emails and seen your messages on Facebook when you try to get help. Wasted $70

Ordered one month ago. Still not received. Have sent 3 emails and one enquiry via their website form. No response. No phone number anywhere to be found.

This is the worst "company" I have ever dealt with the customer service was disgusting. They didn't respond to emails. I had to make complaints through after pay and Department of fair trading. I will never purchase from them again and I don't recommend anyone else purchasing from them, do not waste your time and money

Still have not received my package and customer service is non existent.

Very good site and you can track your order and get response to your e-mails.& pairs of Uggs arrrived safely in the UK from Austalia and were quality, unlike the ones from Fashion Store which llook like they were made from cardboard.

Returned the boots via tracked delivery, no refund nor comms from the company. Emailed serval times with no responses. Absolutely awful customer service

The Uggs arrived in a plastic and were really crumpled. They also arrive late for a Christmas present. The quality of the sole was cheap and thing and the overall quality of the boots was below average. Especially given the cost. I wrote a email describing my concerns and that I would like to return the boots. Customer service informed me that I needed to pay for the return postage and be charged a 20% restocking fee. I went back through Paypal and started a claim through them. I sent the boots back on 5th January 2023 and have the receipt for postage from the UK. Unfortunately, the parcel has not been tracked in Australia and Ugg Boots have conveniently not ever received my returned boots. Paypal awarded in favour of Ugg and Ugg have been worse than useless in offering any form of refund.

Stay well away from this company, rubbish item and an appalling customer service system. They have my money and my boots.

I bought some ugg platform boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift in early November. I received a confirmation text saying my order was placed and received, I would be receiving my tracking and expected delivery date soon. After purchasing the boots I felt great and moments later my daughter comes to inform me that they are listed all over ebay and she really wants a pair. Well I'm confident and reassure her that the need to purchase on ebay is not necessary ( trying not to let her know that I just ordered them) Well a few weeks go by and I check on the status of my order, expecting to see that my purchase was close to being delivered, but instead I found that minutes after placing my order they cancelled my order. So I contacted the UGG store and was told my order was cancelled because of insufficient funds. So I contacted my payment provider to find that they never tried to claim the money and plenty of funds was available. I contacted UGG again and delt with the customer service and was told I would be put on a waiting list since the boots I ordered are now sold out. I tried explaining that the boots was not sold out during my time of purchase and infact I could have ordered several pair. They would not fulfill my order or need to reinstate the order. So I immediately went to ebay to find that price gouging had already started for the Christmas rush I couldn't pay $400 for boots sold for $170. So doing without the gift because of UGG store ignorance,Needless to say they are not trust worthy and don't know how to run a business. Since this has happened I have done my best to boycott UGG and inform as many as possible not to buy from them. So help me stand for the morales they lack and please take your business else where.

Website looks genuine but service is non-existent. No telephone number available. Emails are all automated so there is no way you can complain or get more information. Your credit card is charged immediately but in my case I am still waiting for the goods which were supposed to arrive within 2 working days as the order was place in Australia. Subsequent research using Google shows many many disgruntled customers. I have cancelled my credit card in case but I have yet to see if my bank can get my money back.

If you are based in the UK do not use this site as your items will not get past UK Boarder Agency and you will receive a letter from solicitors acting for the owners of the brand name "Ugg" who will tell you that you have infringed copyright law unwittingly. So, you don't get your boots and you don't get your money back and they don't have the courtesy to respond to any e-mail you send. So - beware - just don't do it!

Counterfeit counterfeit counterfeit. Need I say more.

The site looks very genuine, though there is no phone number. I ordered a pair of ugg boots and paid. The money has been taken out of my account by 'ugg store'. The boots have not arrived.

I have emailed twice in the past two days, but when I re start my computer, the copy of the mail I sent has mysteriously disappeared. So I assume ugg store sent a virus of some kind, with their confirmation email.

I have filled in the email form on their website, hoping for a response.

If nothing turns up in a few days, I will get a refund from my bank and the site will be reported and closed down eventually. I will not be shopping on line for the foreseeable future.

Please not this is a fraudulent website who ship items that do not make it past customs avoid using this site as they will not respond to any quires and you will not get nay money back.

Giving you the impresssion that this "deckers" company is not genuine and their products are inferior but Deckers Outdoor Corporation is the genuine ugg manufaturer and even if they are outsourcing to china you are getting the real thing
They don't make it clear there will be extra money to pay on import duty and all the reviews are good and until you look into complaints about them you realise they are not publishing the bad reviews.
