$150 later a bought a pair of UGGs, size was one size off, so I exchanged them after consulting with their customers service team. 2 months later have never received my new size, got one reply from their customer service team after a whole month of emailing them for an update, even then, they didn't even answer my questions about where my boots are. Absolutely terrible experience and a waste of money. (I just want my boots, my feet are cold)
