Do not puchase from this website, never received what I ordered, no communication what so ever, no confirmation e-mail for purchase and so-called customer service is conveinently experiencing operating problems on a daily basis, no phone number and/or address, misspelled words throughout the website, additional International charges added to your account, do your homework first, look for a legitimate website with an actual address and phone number, this particular website is out of China and most likely the Uggs are not real, pass it up, stick with established and well known retailers, you might pay more but at least you know you will get your item and they will be real.
The boots are fake and no one will return my emails, my credit card company is now investigating these aholes! Merry Fing Christmas to me!
