I was happy with my purchase but needed to change them. After a dozen phone calls and leaving messages... no response. I received my order on 12/5/22 and after the many calls and numerous emails I finally got an email saying my request for exchange to be reviewed. That was on the 17/5/22 and still no other response. The phone number does not answer so you never speak to anyone. I'm very disappointed in their bad customer service as this was for my son's birthday. I had to purchase another pair from another company

Ordered online, my credit card was charged the day after I ordered. After 1 week with no shipping notice I asked if my order had shipped yet. I was told "within 5-7 days". The next day I received an email from them asking me to send them a SCREENSHOT OF MY ONLINE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT to prove who I am. Again... they had ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD A WEEK PRIOR. I spoke with my bank to see if this might be a normal business practice in Australia. I was told no, this was not normal and the fraud specialist I dealt with said she had never heard of this practice and thought it was a scam.
In the meantime I was accused of being a "fraudster" by the Australian Ugg Original "help" chat line as well as by email. I had to contest the charge through my banks fraud department!
Super shady, rude and unethical... never charge the customer's card until you are ready to ship and why ask for my bank info? If I was a con man I probably wouldn't have ordered only 1 pair of shoes.
Walk away!

Missing uggs - I have to say that this site must be one of the poorest sites around.
Delivery of items i ordered just hasnt happened.
Having emailed this company at least 10 times i have been fobbed off 10 times.
They have a cheek to blame their courier, as if thats my fault.
Basically what i am saying is DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Boots - I have also ordered a pair of ugg boots from this site on the 2/2/2009 still waiting. I am so upset i ordered them with my partners credit card they was ment to be a valentines present! Is there anyway i can get the money back through his credit card? I feelso stupid
Ripped off like MANY more of you. - Boy am i mad i never joined this site before my wife ordered from uggbootshopau. She ordered 4 pair of ugg boots from this site on 28th Nov 08.We were promised that we would have them before Xmas. 2nd week in jan we got 1 pair of inferior ugg copies, after numerous e, mails we were told NO REFUNDS even though they never kept to there promise if 14 to 28 working days for delivery. We had to go out on Xmas eve and buy 3 pair for presents and my wife done without. Now 25th Jan 09 and NO MORE BOOTS. Still 3 pair down and £210.00 put of pocket. The 1 pair we did get are ontop of the wardrobe gathering dust, they are that bad...
Can i do anything about it? Please help...
