TVSN refused to cancel order less than 12 hrs after I placed it. I found identical item Heroshi cookbook on Heroshi Aust site for nearly half the TVSN price. Tvsn say they don't price match & insist I pay for return post. I am "platinum" customer for approx 10 yrs & thousands of dollars later, they do not care about my dissatisfaction. I rang twice, asked it be referred to team leader & still they couldn't care less. So many negative google reviews, so do your homework before you shop here. I'm done with this mob!
I ordered a v8 supercar the operator on the phone was very helpful and kind she said that the product will be there in ten days i got it in 7 well packed car looked amazing i will be shopping with them again thank you tvsn
Tried to cancel an order less than 24 hours after placing it. Was told could not be done as you have only a 1 hour time frame to cancel an order. Asked where this policy is for customer knowledge. Told it isn't available on site. The lack of transparency and basic consumers rights are not applied by TVSN. I will be addressing this issue with the appropriate authorities.
TVSN 24 hour customer service call centre is staffed by rude aggressive people who tell you different things then abuse you if you question them. I did what I was told by one person and then when I called back to confirm I had followed the advice I was given, I was talked over and shouted at and bullied into giving my credit card to them because she said they wouldn't re process an automatic PayPal debit which failed due to a PayPal glitch. This is totally contrary to what the first person told me but when I said this I was abused and payment was demanded there and then. Now they have my card details which I didn't want to give. Plus they won't let you speak to a supervisor or anyone in accounts. They just shout at and bully you. This behaviour has happened 3 times I have called them. I will never use this site or this company again! Disgraceful behaviour and terrible customer service!
TVSN really needs to improve their customer service. Their phone staff is simply rude and unwilling to listen or help. Their service almost deters me every time from shopping with them, as I know if I need to return anything, there's always no return form or return labels in the box and then I will need to deal with a rude staff member. Also the postage is very expensive and they never offer combined postage.
Hi Dimi. I have been using your lovely products or 8 years. My husband and I love your Manuka Honey Oil. He uses it on his body parts! We stocked up on this months 2 for 1 offer and bought 10 bottles. I think I need a second fridge to store all our back up Skinn products, and I will call it Dimitris fridge.

I recently purchased my first item of clothing from TVSN. The item did not fit or suited my body. The cost of return postage was expensive. TVSN will not pay return postage. I was informed it was a change of mind purchase which it is clearly not. Disappointed and lesson learnt TVSN
Love watching this channel - some great products some not so great. Have ordered many products and found delivery is great and service is great too. Not all of the products however were up to the standard described. Some did not work and some did. Will still recommend provided customers do their homework.

Product never came! E-mails back and forth asking me to be patient and offered me a discount on my next purchase. Once I stated I would report them they stopped answering me. :( They guaranteed a 3-7 day expedited shipping. I ordered on 11-23-2020 and still waiting for my order. Today is 1-24-2021. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! CAN YOU SAY SCAM!
After buying a exercise machine off TVSN For $269 My Orthopaedic surgeon advised me not to use it I paid the return postage of $42.55 and waited for a refund
When it arrived I was shocked as TVSN had charged me over $77 for their postage delivery charge from their end.

I am a regular TVSN customer but I am done with them. I purchased a Nokia T20 tablet for my 6 years old daughter for her school work and 3 days after receiving the Nokia T20 she accidentally dropped it and it is beyond repair and when I return it hoping they could consider as a faithful and true customer they refused to replace it
Never buy of these the product has not even lasted 1 year now using my phone paid $500 for product useless gonna replace item but will take months
I placed an order for a Dyson 11pro on 8 December 2020. As I item had not yet been delivered, on 16 I called the TVSN customer service number to follow up. I was advised ( very rudely by the CSO) that the item was awaiting collection. I had not received any documentation informing me that the Dyson was waiting to be collected and to date have not received any such confirmation. According to the TVSN CSO, once the item leaves TVSN, it becomes my problem, even though I have nothing to do with the delivery entity whom TVSN has contracted to deliver the goods. I thought it was Law 101 that my responsibility arises once the goods are delivered to me and until that time it is the responsibility of TVSN and its agent/sub-contractor ( the delivery entity). As I had not received the goods, I informed the CSO that Im wanted to cancel my order, forthwith. I was told that I could not do this as I had to physically return the item! I explained that the difficulty was that I had not in fact received the item so it was impossible for me to return something that I had not received. I immediately followed with an email to TVSN outlining the above, cancelling my order, and demanding a full refund. To date, I have not even had the courtesy of a reply or acknowledgment of my email. I will never again purchase anything from TVSN.
On a separate note, I am disappointed that a reputable company like Dyson sells its products through such a disreputable entity like TVSN.
TV lasted 12 mths. No help rude customer service. Good luck if you have a problem. Stear clear of TVSN.
Up until recently, I was a satisfied customer of TVSN. However, for my most recent shopping experience, I am rating TVSN customer service and their finance department a one star - if I could give them a zero, I would.
Why - during their recent sale, I placed some orders of considerable value using the part payment option. Nothing unusual there. However these orders were cancelled without any immediate communication. And when eventually they did communicate 8 days after the initial order date, it was to say my credit card details were declined because I might have entered the number incorrectly. This communication asked that I contact customer service so I could reenter my details and continue to purchase the goods. This happens, we all make mistakes. So I was horrified to learn my orders were cancelled when I called 2 hours after receiving the communication. And I was more horrified to learn that my account was put on 'credit hold' (whatever that means!). The only explanation given at the time was that these purchases were of considerable value and they wanted to make sure that it was me who was purchasing these. If this was truly the case, then why did they not contact me on the day I placed the orders? But instead, cancelling my orders, releasing the goods back into the circulation and waiting for me to get in touch with them? (Do not the banks notify customers immediately if they notice suspicious activity in their accounts?) And why sent communication 8 days AFTER placing the order with the WRONG/INCORRECT information?
Since this day, I have been contacting TVSN customer care on a daily basis to try and redeem my account. I have provided all the necessary details they have asked for. 5 days later and still nothing!
Is it very difficult to look up a customer's account details and see what is going on? If they looked at mine, they would see that I have been a loyal customer since 2013. I have made thousands of dollars of purchases during this time, some of considerable value. And with these more costly items, if they did look at my payment history, they would see that all the part payments have been made well in advance of the due date.
The worst thing about this incident is that I have missed out on the purchases I wanted to make. And when you do try and explain this to their customer service, all I get is a mere 'I am sorry to hear about all this'. They have not offered any compensation of any type. This might have made my experience a little better.
Whatever happened to good old customer service and good old fashioned communications? It certainly is lacking from this company! I will await to see how long it will take someone in this company to rectify my account.
