Hi, I currently reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am a part of Turing's pre-sales team. My task is to get in touch with the developers for non-technical evaluation and gather information like availability, interests, expectations, etc. and help them finalize their Turing profile to get them ready for matching with our clients.
Even though it is a totally remote job, I meet a lot of people around the world. People are always ready to help here and respect your personal space. I don't have to expose myself and my family to Covid as my job is completely working from home. I am able to save a lot of time as I don't have to travel to the office daily.
Hello, my name is Michelle Avilés, and I'm from Ecuador. I've been in charge of assisting developers at Turing in achieving their objectives and realizing their aspirations for the past four months. Turing's humanity, spirits, dreams, and people are among his finest qualities. In addition, remote employment allows me to better manage my time. When I worked in a non-remote job, one of the main challenges I had was transportation. Turing is, in every sense of the word, the finest job I've ever had. You will work in a calm environment with Turing, where people help people and we are all pleased.
When I first came across the Turing company, I was not too sure about the idea of working remotely. However, all my worries went away once I started working with the team. I'm a part of the Turing internal team and I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity. This Turing job is one of the best things that happened to me this year as the remote work helps me to maintain the perfect work-life balance. I love that I am saving so much time that I earlier spent in traffic jams. I've also suggested my friends visit turing.com and be a part of this amazing company.
Hi, I'm Anaswara from Kerala, India. I work closely with the marketing team of Turing to create website copies. I joined Turing a month ago. I am a Talent Engagement Process Manager at Turing.
I manage the day-to-day operations and processes of the Talent Engagement Team and setting up the support processes.
What I love about working at Turing is the possibility of managing time well according to the amount of work and private obligations. I've found that the company also provides a much clearer career path and better opportunities that I would find locally.
To apply for Turing jobs, prepare well, show commitment, and polish your communication skills.
Hi all! This is Akanksha from Lucknow, India. I work as a content specialist and contribute to various operations including social media, events, and special projects at Turing. I joined the company back in September and I absolutely love the work culture! My main concerns in my previous 9-to-5 job were the limited time for personal life and the stiff work culture.
With Turing, these are no longer issues! Turing allows me to decide my working hours while the upbeat work culture and the young team here keep me optimistic.
I would truly recommend this amazing company to anyone who's interested in applying for various postings.
If you want to become a part of Turing, you do not have to think twice!
I've been an Account Executive on the Sales Team with Turing for the past year and I'm based in New York, USA. On a day-to-day basis, I'm constantly interacting with clients and engineers and love how Turing truly values humans and puts extreme effort into the experiences of each person we work with. Working remotely is a game-changer for me since it gives me the freedom and flexibility to travel all over the place. I don't have to put so much effort into my schedule when it comes to outfits, food, finding time for myself, etc. My advice for anyone looking to join Turing would be to reach out and show us your drive, share your passions, and speak your voice because we want to hear it!
I work as a Turing Software Developer. I feel I have the best of both worlds. Turing has a flexible work environment that lets you choose your working hours. I don't have to travel every day to the office and get stuck in traffic while going there as my job is 100% remote. The people at Turing are also really good as they respect my personal time and don't demand me to work outside my working hours, which was a regular part of my job before joining here. If you are looking for an opportunity to maintain a balance between your work and social life, Turing is the right place.
I work remotely at Turing.com all the way from India. I am from the Pre Sales team. My role involves finding the right candidates for Turing jobs and matching them. I love everything about working with Turing remotely, but the job flexibility is one of the best parts.
Hi, I am George Brian and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I have been working as a Talent Engagement Specialist at Turing.com for the past 6 months. I engage with the developers who have signed up at our platform and guide them through our vetting process. I make sure that I help them with the challenges that they face during the process.
When I was working for a local company here in Kenya, I used to wake up at 5 AM in the morning as I had to beat the rush-hour traffic. I had no work-life balance here. However, with Turing, I choose my own work time and work from the comfort of my home. I would strongly vouch for Turing to any person looking for a comfortable workplace. Despite working remotely, the whole Turing community is closely knit as a family. The Turing community is made up of a very kind, polite, and talented team that everyone would dream of working with.
Hey, I am Olivia Hanks and I am from California, USA. I am a Financial Associate at Turing.com. I work with the financial team where we handle Turing's expenses and revenue in order to visualize current and forecasted income status while keeping Turing financially fit. I have been part of this awesome community of diverse people for the past 3 months now. I am a student and I am able to manage my job and my school easily as Turing has flexible work timings.
One of the major cons of non-remote jobs is that I had to travel to work each day. I was not able to balance my school life and my work life at all. Turing has helped me a lot and people here are really understanding and helpful. I am really glad to be a part of an organization that is growing rapidly.
Hey, I'm from Croatia. I'm part of the Turing Pre-sales team and my work includes connecting developers with jobs, through onboarding and matching.
I would like to share my Turing review to give you some insight into how remote work experience would be like.
People working at Turing are great, dedicated, fun, and very helpful. Working with Turing.com gives me space to be myself, I love the flexibility and the fact that I can work from anywhere.
Besides the advantage of working remotely (no need to drive to work, savings in time, and eco and sustainable advantage). We are an inclusive community, taking care of each individual in this challenging time, focused on the result, but with a lot of fun. We're always celebrating and appreciating the team as a whole.
If you are joining the Turing company, be open to new opportunities and be yourself :)
I am Andrea Suarez from Argentina, and I work as a Profile Editor at Turing. My role is to ensure that developer profiles are looking their best, with complete information, and ready to be sent to clients. I am lucky to have a supportive and understanding manager who is also a great guide. I am glad to shift to remote work as working non-remotely means spending too much time commuting and getting stuck in traffic. Turing is much more flexible than other jobs. I get to manage my time and responsibilities from the comfort of my home, and I can even spend time with my loved ones while working. Even my dog approves of remote work. I am delighted to be a part of the Turing community and I highly recommend joining Turing!
Hello! I'm Randa from PS, and I'm a Technical Recruiter at Turing.com. Hi, I am from Istanbul and I am a Data Scientist at Turing.com. I am responsible for the improvement of the algorithms that are used for finding the best developers across the globe.
Being a part of the technology team, I can safely say that it has one of the best cultures I have seen. One can improve both technical as well as business skills. Everyone respects your chosen working hours and won't disturb you with any task outside your working hours.
The best part for me is the remote working environment. I used to waste around 2.5 hours a day commuting to the office as Istanbul is a very crowded city. But now, I am able to take out time for my family and friends.
I have been associated with Turing for some time now. I am a computer science grad, and I work as a technical writer with Turing. My experience with Turing has been extremely good in terms of work, culture, compensation, and growth. My role at Turing gives me an opportunity to interact with some of the best engineers. Almost all of them find Turing as an excellent platform for remote developers to get top Silicon Valley jobs. The best part of Turing is that although it's a remote company, it makes sure to provide a sense of community to its employees.

I am working with Turing as a Recruitment specialist. The cultural diversity and the exposure here is great. With the people working from different parts of the world, everyday is a new learning experience here. You get to learn a lot from everyone working. I've realized that working with Turing has actually made my life easier. Wherein it has improved my productivity and made me more disciplined in my normal as well as professionals life. Non-remote job had been quite a different for me. Turing is different in every aspect be it the work culture, projects, exposure. I would say if you really want to land a high profile job with global exposure that too while sitting at your home and saving the cost of reallocating, then a Turing job might be right for you.
Answer: My experience hasn't been good. They keep you waiting with no response.
