Hi bought the app a few days ago and after receiving an email with the payment confirmation. I didn't receive the welcome email with the link to the app to be downloaded. I wrote already 6 emails which are still unanswered and make to calls that are went to a useless automated message. Ì chose this app based on the reviews (including the ones from this site) but I'm guessing I got in a scam

I bought it and the ad says device doesn't have to be around to activate. Well that was a lie it does emailed them they said yes it does and it ties less then a minute to do. That was a lie had device in hand for 3 minutes and still couldn't get it to open. Then they don't refund premium. My suggestion to anyone thinking about this service get life 360 its free and save the money. They should back up everything it says on ad but they don't total waste of time money. They don't deserve a star in my book. So enjoy the free 215 dollars thief.

What I love the most about this spy software is that it only took a minute or so to install it. The only way you see all those "texts, websites, emails" is if you clone the phone to your phone. The advertised method only works due to the keylogger. I received exactly ONE text before my husband saw something weird on his phone and turned it off. Keylogger is RIGHT ON THE KEYBOARD and can be shut off by touching the "new" globe at the bottom. Easy-peasy- TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY and peace of mind. Would love a refund but doubtful.

It's affordable! We have a rather big family with a toddler, 10-year old twins, a 14-year old, and 16-year-old twins. It does a great job monitoring our kids at such a reasonable price.

Personal investigations no longer have the need for a professional detective, as I have found out. Don't get this app. It's garbage and doesn't work like the site says. Don't get scammed. They're liars! Get a different app that'll work loke it should! Only things that worked was the contacts and photos even the it didn't give me all the photos. GPS tracking stopped working. Nothing worked and it doesn't do or give you all the information the site says. Unstalling and reinstalling doesn't work or help. I had reached out to their customer care support and they kept saying it works now and uninstall and reinstall it. They were of no help whatsoever. So trying to get them to help is a joke!

I purchased this for $150.00 only to find out I couldn't use it so I asked for a refund and I have been in a loop of email promises for over a month now still no refund

I paid for this then decided I didn't want it. It's been about 2 months still no refund and the customer service stopped emailing me back!

They advertise 6$ App but they charge you 200$. Be careful. The credit card doesn't back the money. They are SCAM.
