I only planned on paying the one time which I did and then cancelled the service right away. The service continued to get charged and after contacting twice and getting the run around the first time and absolutely no reply the 2nd I am still being charged. I would recommend against using them unless you feel like shelling out close to $40 a month. "Orlando" said he was personally handling my request. I guess that means he personally tossed my request for a refund and to stop charging my account in the trash. I see a new one just came through.

If you like outdated information, and on top of that, if you enjoy watching the app buffer, you have to uninstall and reinstall it every two searches then this is the app for you.

Got one thing right about person I was searching & that was birth year. Of course, I had already entered his age, so it was pretty much a given. They missed public records information like two marriages and two divorces. Listed two events that would have been impossible because they gave his age as 41 and with correct birth year he would have been in his sixties. A waste of my time and my money which, of course, they kept even though I cancelled less than 30 minutes on the web site. Lots of useless information like neighborhood sex offenders in neighborhoods he MIGHT have lived in. Why would I need that? Any 'hood in the States has sex offenders, what does that have to do with the person I'm looking for? I cannot recommend this service and I'm sorry I fell for it.

I have found you get more from the phone searches than doing just a name search. While I had a hard time at first with this website and went to cancel they convinced me to stay longer by adding extra perks.
