Then 4-5 days later they close the case. I tried this method 5-6 times and the only way to get in touch with them is through email. They take no consideration of victims that experience this kind of theft. Horrible customer support and horrible platform to store crypto. They must hav some kind of on going security glitch that doesnt always go public. I'll be filing reports to as many higher authorities as possible against this company. They had a class action law suit around a year ago I am also trying to join.

There is no support. No accountability, no attempt resolution. No guidance. They are thieves and should be held accountable support takes days or weeks to get back to you. That stays and weeks after you couldn't pay your mortgage or your hydro bill. They keep sending me this message

There was no assistance in the first place. All they wanted to do is fluff you off till you give up. They need to be held accountable. They need to be shut down

If not for RECLAIM 001 COM who helped me recover my 15BTC back from Duncan and his team of Crypto Btc I would've been left with nothing in life and maybe a dead woman by now. I've been unable to access my account for over a month - getting to speak with a person is difficult but after some 40 minutes on the telephone and after speaking to an automated system that keeps you entangled in continuous loops of nonsense I managed to speak with a real person!
The two part verification notification system is not working correctly! As I do not the receive the texted code to allow me to access my account, NSandI are fully aware of this problem but don't seem to care.

Trust wallet not allowing me to swap or withdraw any money, I've contacted support team and was told I would get a reply within 48hours, which has been and gone! I've put thousands into this wallet, it's scam, the irony is that it's called "Trust wallet". Failed to credit my account. No response to emails, Ramp say they have sent it, trustwallet simply send a holding email and NEVER respond. I think they must be scamming. Either that, or plain incompetent Ayrlp. C o m brought me to safety they took charge of the situation and traced the transfer and it was reversed back to my account

Unfortunately I was duped by someone impersonating The Bearable Bull on youTube. I thought it was the owner of the channel. He directed me to a WhatsApps number to chat. He advised opening a Trust wallet account and transfer my crypto to Trust wallet for an airdrop. It never happened and my crypto vanished, with the scammer telling me it was staked on Trust Wallet. No one from Trust wallet has contacted me with info on how to unstake it. I probably will never see it again. BEWARE.

I upgraded to a new phone and before I did, I snapshotted my recovery phrase. When I imported the wallet in my new phone with the recovery phrase, all of my tron coin was gone. All of it. I am pissed. And trust wallet refuses to do anything. They blame the customer for their faults and their thievery. Where did the money go? Into trust wallet. And you can, see others have the same type of issue of money disappearing and trust wallet taking no blame for their platform screwing people over.

My wallet was hacked and emptied without me doing a thing. I transferred tokens from an exchange and was hacked the next day. I had no indication, no phishing email, nothing that would suggest my funds were being stolen I have all security offered set up this wallet will destroy your life do not use it.
