I have contacted this company on several occasions asking them to remove my personal information from their website. They have refused to comply. Even companies that specialize in helping people get their information off the internet have a hard time with them. I emailed them and this was their response. They have no opt out option which is pretty bad. Many people have the same time of complaint on other websites.:
