We needed to replace the roof on our double triplex in 2005. We live in the Plateau. The company North American Roofing was recommended to us by a neighbour who had used them for his own triplex on Hutchison Street. My siblings and l were very pleased with the workmanship, quality of materials and the overall professionalism of the employees and staff of North American Roofing. This year we had our roof inspected and it's in great shape after 14 years. Other neighbours also used this company on our street after how pleased we were. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof renovations or a new roof.

Im very pleased to give Trustedpros 5 star rating. I think it's a great site to find contractors. Earlier, this year I posted a job regarding my unfinished basement. I've received a lot of excellent responses and got new ideas from contractors regarding the best use of the space.
I was able to screen the contractors from the reviews and pictures of their work posted on the site which turned out really helpful. I think this company is a great platform connecting contractors with homeowners. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I hired 3 different contractors through TrustedPros and have had success with all of them. One project was over $30,000. I had to call in to customer support at one point, regarding my password, and the young lady that answered was very friendly and helpful. I am more than happy to recommend this business to other homeowners like myself.

TrustedPros provides our electrical contracting company a valuable service. It connects us with amazing customers that we are privileged to serve. We appreciate TrustedPros efforts to give customer and contractor an online platform for honest dialogue. We also appreciate their ongoing efforts to protect the best interest of the customer and the contractor. The information they post online for customers is good for example, check out the Electrical Safety Authority info for Ontario that TrustedPros has for on their website; in this posting, TrustedPros hi-lights the necessity for taking out electrical permits and hiring a licensed electrician.

In the past, TrustedPros has helped us ensure that any of our customers who wish to post a review are able to so. From what we have observed, TrustedPros strives to make it difficult for contractors who are not reputable or legally operating to successfully attract customers or subscribe on their site. They prompt our company to keep up to date licensing, insurance qualifications and warrantee information on our TrustedPros page. On an annual basis, they rate the performance of each contracting company based on this criteria in addition to posted customer reviews and any attempts a contracting company may need to take to resolve a customer concern.

As with any online advertising, TrustedPros must continually make the hard judgement about who they will represent; I applaud them for their efforts and encourage them to continue working toward weeding out those contractors that take advantage of customers and negatively paint reputable honest contractors.

We have been subscribing to TrustedPros for several years and at present, plan to continue. We feel the service TrustedPros provides is worth the cost we pay for the subscription. This is Joe from Do It All Contracting in St. Albert, AB. I have been a member of Trusted Pros for many years. They are different than many other contracting websites who charge a large amount of money for no return on investment.
On other paid sites, the larger the budget, the more you are advertised so the small companies who care about people/clients are left behind. The bigger budget shows that you are on the first page but not for the job the company does or the clients that they have done work for in the past, but for the amount of money they pay.
With Trusted pros, you pay your annual dues to become and remain a member, but it's past clients who allow you to become a trusted member. This of course takes years to develop, and become a Trusted Pro, so no amount of money is going to get you to the top, only your reputation will do that. Believe me, it takes years to develop this.
Since becoming a member, I believe Trusted Pros has not only helped grow businesses that follow through on their promises to clients, but have helped weed out the shoddy contracting businesses that don't care about others and ruin the reputation of well liked, and trusted contractors out there.
