Honestly surprised that good companies like TrustedPlace still exist. I got on the phone after the water heater burners stopped working. They walked me through a quick trouble shooting and deemed the unit not fixable. I called my local plumbing contractor and he came the same day. I paid out of pocked and they sent me funds in 3 days. They didn't ask me for paperwork or bust my chops on what where and why. No paper work and no pictures needed. Purchased this in 2017 and it paid for it self since then.

My A/C heating system died on Sept 20,2020. The company I use cane out on the 23rd andSaid it was too old (18 years) to repair. They put in a new system the next day. The owner talked to the company rep and told her what happened. I was told they would pay $1500 due to the age of the system. I knew that and was fine with that. They refused to pay a penny for the new system. I paid 11 months for this protection. Not only was I out the $1500 but also the almost $600 I paid in premiums. I cancelled immediately. They are refunding me $27.48 on the pro-rated monthly fee. Don't even think about doing business with this company.
