For me it's working perfectly fine, it's even fast, maybe you have been using it while they were updating the site which make sense. But for me it; s so cool, i already met 1 girl in Tokyo last week! If i can give you 1 advice, add many photo of you in your profile and fill every line, that's what i do. SO NOTHING FAKE so far, thumbs up! (and no i don't work for that site, i am just a happy member)

Full of fake profiles, the option for:"see if they can read your messages for a week"conveniently not working, only monthly membership.
My profile has been blocked for months for no reason, and not any explanation, or communication about it.
Absolutely unprofessional scam.

After using it for a full day, I've came to the conclusion that it must be some sort of scam website with fake accounts. In fact, how is it possible that dozens and dozens of girls have checked out my profile and none of them have replied to my greetings!? I do not want to show off but I believe I'm a quite good looking guy too. This is just not possible. Also tried completing my profile at 100% and uploading many photos of me, but still no messages.
Conclusion: I do not know exactly how this site works but to me it looks fishy. Probably fake accounts to get you down with no replies and make you purchase the premium subscription.

If you are in Japan, you are lonely, try their website, it's even free. I am a caucasian living in Tokyo. I met someone in my second week so yes, it's working very well. Even tonight, we go watch a movie in Shinjuku and she speak little bit of English but it's Japan, after all, ah ah. We use google translator to converse which i recommend to do as well. Like so many are recommending, reply or contact ONLY those people with the approved badge, it means they are verified by their websites.

And i found out that their website is located not so far from Ginza in a building, it's a real office, impressive! I thought it was only a website. Their banner is in Japanese and it says something about "meeting service"...

So yes and yes again, it works very well!

I like to help my friends when they come here in Japan. Most of my guy friends are coming on their own so i normally try my best to help them in their schedule and i found this website is helping very much. I met someone very seriously 8 month ago and my 2 friend when they came to visit me, they became friend with 2 ladies. They went to drink, dance and visit fuji mountain. So i recommend this website (TrueLoveJapan) if you are going to Japan.

The Japanese company is really shady and unethical. I repeat, the company is themselves involved in shady promotions in other countries. Beware the scam. They hurt me so badly because of this. I have no idea what to do but to seek legal recourse at some point against. I repeat, do not use this site for it lacks proper security and the security staff have no idea what their CEO does. There is not much out there about who this man is either.

Seriously, true love japan has been so good to me. I met two ladies so far and experiences has been amazing. I would not mind paying but it is free so all is good for me. There is even a translator. My perfect tool in Japan.!

This site is a scam first off. The MAJORITY of the women on the site are fake and controlled by the staff themselves. Also, the profile section is a perfect example of the dark racist side of Japan, which fetishizes European cultures over others. An example of this is that the only languages shown able to be selected are English, Japanese or French... no other language is selectable which is just ridiculous and shows what clientele they are catering to on their site. The CEO and owner is shady and judging by the companies' actions this is not a legitimate website or service at all. They are frauds and create fake profiles to entice you to purchase premium accounts. Stay from this site at all costs and save yourself the money.

I am traveling to Japan at least once a month and sadly, it's very difficult for me to meet people even as a friend because of the language barrier. My japanese is not bad but not enough to keep up a coversation. I found this site and tried it for around 3 weeks. Seriously, i met 2 person and it is absolutely amazing! We became friends and they brought me to karaoke and bars. For the first time, i finally could feel a little of what is japan. The website is a tool more than a chatting website. If you want to make friends in japan or even meet someone for a drink, this site is excellent because of their tools and the pool of japanese people. BUT and i say a big but, i strongly suggest you contact people that are verified. At least you know they are real. Not sure why there is comment about scammer because if you talk to someone who has been verified, you wont have any trouble. In my case, it worked at very perfectly, i never met any fake people. I am going again to tokyo and osaka next month and i will probably use true love japan website again for a little trip at the fuji mountain and why not, maybe i will have enough time to meet someone more seriously. 5 stars to this site, i strongly recommend it and honestly, before reading complains here, try it and you will see by yourself!
