I asked for a return label, and they insisted on sending a code to be scanned in the store, so I could not just drop it off.

The item took long to arrive, was full price AND was the WRONG ITEM, NOT the brand it stated, and NOT compatible with the brand state.

Brilliant website for shopping I love it good quality products and very fast delivery too. Plus you get purchase protection. With various ways to pay it's a no brainer for being the best eBay alternative

So far, I am pretty unimpressed. I have been trying for about 4 hours to purchase an item. The first try, I got to the checkout and the cost changed without explanation from $165.00 to $194.99 as soon as I entered my CC information. Needless to say, I did not complete the transaction. Later, I went back and started over. Now the item is $165.99, but it will not let me complete the transaction. I have email the seller and Tru Gether with no response. The phone number for TrueGether is not answered and the mailbox is full It all sounds pretty fishy to me.

I sold an item about 5 months ago for $1500 and was so happy about not giving $250 of it to Ebay. I decided to make this site my main selling site at that point and began listing whatever I could until I wasn't able to any longer. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to connecting to this site for the past few months on my computer or my phone. I tried contacting Truegther for help and no response. Today my computer was finally able to connect and log-in, but that only lasted for a couple of minutes and then it was back to the same old can't connect messages on my screen. All I can do at this point is try again some other day and hopefully everything will work again but it would be a lot nicer if someone there would contact me and let me know they were doing what they could to help me out here.

I ordered 3 case's! I ordered them on 12/17/2021 and today is February 14th 2022
I was told it would only take up to 9 business days to receive!

This would be the worst website to order anything off of because they don't give you any idea until after you make a purchase that you're going to pay so much and shipping and handling and they will not return the items I paid almost the same amount of money for my order as I did and shipping and handling
