I made my pre-order purchase on 9/24/2015. I was supposed to receive my product 2 weeks after my purchase date. They asked for my transaction id and I gave it to them only to be told to wait 8 days for the refund to appear on my bank statement. I asked for a confirmation number and a confirmation email indicating the refund. When they sent the email, I had to request that they include the refunded amount, the product, and the company name. Ridiculously unprofessional. I plan on contacting my bank and discussing further action if my refund does not process in 8-10 days. I saved every transcript of our communication through the online chat and every email communication. Do NOT do business with TroyTec or CertMagic or any other company where the website looks similar. They are frauds and will do nothing but frustrate the hell out of you. If they don't have a phone number or reviews on the website, stay away!

Preparing for Dumps exams is always a challenging task to be done. If you have the updated and related content of the exam, then there's a comfort while preparing for that exam.
