I brought two Jetty wigs on sale: one 16 inch and the second an 18 inch that came up to $1350. 00. I did not bleach or color the wigs. The16 inch tangled badly in the back within the first month. It was embarrassing. I was constantly brushing it to keep it from bunching/tangling. Within an hour of wear the hair swelled up making it unmanageable. Also, silicone wore off in three months causing the hair to look brittle and lifeless. I wore the wig to Miami and the humidity made all these issues worse. Hair has more synthetic in it then it does human hair.

As for the 18 inch Jetty, the wig cap does not lay flat creating a huge buldge in the back. This hair tangled but not as bad as the 16inch, but still an annoyance.

The life span of both of these wigs were 3 months but can be stretched to 5 months if you buy silicone conditioner. But by this point the hair looks lifeless in the front. I just threw away the 16 inch.

Customer service is poor. You're inquiries are ignored. It took a month to receive my hair. I'm based in the US and this company is in New York, so no excuses. I had to file a PayPal case against company. Once I did, my unit was delivered in a week.

Would not advice purchasing any wig that is more than $400, it's just not worth the hefty price. None of these hair companies is grade "A" hair as they say on their company sites. Tons of synthetic hair mixed in.

Finally, never pay $$$$ unless you have the wig personally customized to fit your head. It's not worth paying full price ($1200 or more) on a wig (online). Just to find out that after a few uses the wig is of poor quality. Also, don't believe the lies; one size wig does not fit all.

After poor customer service and low grade hair lets just say that I don't plan on being a repeat customer.
