The customer service experience at TravelMerry is awesome. I could easily order my special meals by calling the 24 x7 customer service, the agent was so polite, he patiently listened to what I had to say and he made a note of it. In just 2 days I received a confirmation email from Cathay Pacific, my airline carrier that my special meal request has been confirmed from their end. The customer service agent also called me back and informed me about it.

I wanted to fly from New York to Dubai and wanted to find some of the best international flights to this middle-eastern destination. As usual I pulled my laptop out and turned on the power button and waited for a few seconds to surf the net for some cheap deals. I surfed through at least 4 to 5 popular travel sites like and I found some of the best deals on Travel Merry. I never used Travel Merry before to buy flight tickets, I just did a Google search for my travel requirement and I got hooked to this site. What I like most about Travel Merry is their customer service that made a real big difference. I'm gonna keep coming back to Travel Merry because I like their deals and service. I am a frequent business traveler and I travel mainly to middle-eastern and European countries on business related work. Since I fly out from the US on business, I always fly business class and since my destination is Dubai I wanted to fly by Emirates as this is a premium airline known for operating top of the line service between Chicago and Dubai. I found a good number of non-stop flights by Emirates on their famous business class category and the pricing too was the cheap when compared to other travel sites and to make things better Travel Merry was offering $20 discount on this deal. Before I purchased my business class roundtrip tickets on TM I wanted an advice from the TM customer service so I called the toll free 24 hour service. My call was courteously answered by an agent named Bob and he was quick to understand and had all necessary knowledge to handle any kind of problem. I told him about my preference of flying business class on Emirates to Dubai, he suggested that I consider flying business class on Etihad Airways instead of Emirates and told me I could save at least $250 on the entire roundtrip and comfort wise it is as good as Emirates. I just believed Bob and gave him instructions to freeze a ticket for my scheduled dates and made a payment for the booking. I realized that Bob was 100% right when he said that Etihad is as good as Emirates and I really want to thank the customer service team of Travel Merry for the awesome flight and helping me save tons of dollars. Against better judgement of these reviews I booked a super cheap flight overseas with Travel Merry. I received my itinerary about a day after booking and everything looks kosher. I was able to confirm my flight with the airlines no problem. No unusual activity on my credit card either! So far so good! I will update if any issues arise!

TravelMerry is a genuine place to buy your cheap international flight tickets! I purchased my tickets last summer for a leisure trip to Dubai and I received my flight itinerary and e-tickets in my e-mail and they have sent periodic updates on my flight. Travel Merry has a lot of awesome cheap travel deals and they deliver what they promise.

I was planning a family trip to Paris to catch up with a few of our relatives living in Paris. So we shopped our tickets on TM and we chose a non-stop flight because of the convenience. Before we began our flight journey I have requested the Travel Merry customer service team for a wheel chair service for my ailing mother as she was not able to walk and the customer service agent at TravelMerry took my request and later sent a confirmation email that the airline was going to take care of this at no extra cost. Just as promised my mother was transported in a wheelchair by the airline staff without any hassles on both the outward and inward journeys.

I was flying Economy class on a low cost airline from Los Angeles to Amsterdam via Stockholm. I took off from LAX airport smoothly and after a delayed flight I reached Stockholm for a stopover. I was supposed to catch a connecting flight to Amsterdam at 10:30 am but unfortunately I missed the flight because of the delayed outbound flight from LAX. I just didn't have enough time to move around in the airport from terminal to terminal. I simply called the 24 x 7 customer line of Travel Merry and informed about missing the scheduled connecting flight due to late landing. The customer service guy escalated the issue with the airline and just within a matter of 20 min I was given a new ticket for my final destination. Saved me from a lot of mess!

Travel Merry helped me overcome a very troubled situation, I'm really happy about buying my tickets on TravelMerry mainly for this one reason and in the future I will come back again to TM to buy my tickets. I had a problem with my seat that has been allocated to me by the airline agent at the check-out, I wasn't happy with the middle seat that was offered and the agent refused to offer me a window seat in spite of repeated requests from my end, the agent said that all the seats in the economy cabin were already allocated and he was helpless. I asked the agent at the checkout to put me on hold and I called the customer service team of Travel Merry immediately to get the problem solved. I almost shouted at the Travel Merry agent as I explained about my problem to him and I told him that in the future I would not buy tickets from TM if I don't get my preferred seat.

The agent addressed my issue very quickly and promptly and assured me that he would do his best to get me the window seat of my choice. Just in 5 minutes time the Travel Merry customer agent calls me to congratulate that my seat has been upgraded to premium economy at no extra cost. I was overwhelmed with happiness and I thanked the agent for putting in his best efforts, the agent simply told me that he expressed my dissatisfaction with the airline and put pressure on the airline staff to give a best solution and this action resulted in a seat upgrade from the airline.

I give the credit to the customer service team at Travel Merry, this is too good and I will give 5 stars to you for helping me have the best flying experience on premium economy at no extra cost.

I booked a flight from CA to Ireland over the summer through this site (found on Skyscanner). It had the cheapest tickets by far, so I was somewhat skeptical especially given the numerous $#*!ty reviews you've no doubt read by now. All I can do is talk to my experience, so it's possible they have varying quality standards.

Anyway, booked, received a confirmation email 24 hours later, and am currently sitting in the airport on the second leg of the flight, so really nothing major went wrong. There was something odd when I tried to check in last night (the airline's website wouldn't let me), but after I called they said there were a few reasons that that might happen and one was a technical glitch on their end. I was able to check in online this morning before my flight. If you're worried at all I would just call the airline direct after you receive your confirmation email to confirm directly with them that you have your flights.

Whenever I book my tickets with TM I always buy their 24-hour cancellation policy that allows customers to cancel the already booked tickets without any cancellation fees in case they change their mind. I advice travelers to opt for this 24 hour policy as it can really benefit you in case you intend to cancel your flights in 24 hours time with no extra charges from TM, travelers who don't opt for this policy will end up incurring $150 as the cancellation fees apart from the airline fee for cancellation that you would be paying. Currently the 24-hour policy can be purchased for just $15 and TM even promises their lowest fare guarantee if there is a price drop in the booked fare, this means that you can expect a partial refund of the difference in the airfares if a lower airfare to your destination exists. I opted for it during my last 3 transactions and I got a partial refund of $150 in my most recent flight booking which was a roundtrip flight for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) to London because TM had a lower fare for my booking. The $150 savings I made really made a big difference for me and I recommend customers to always buy the 24-hour cancellation policy that can come in handy in more than just one way.

So after reading all the reviews here and on the other websites as well about TravelMerry I decided Im gonna give it a try and put the tickets on my American Express.
Worst case scenario, Ill call AE and cancel the charges if things don't go through.
To my pleasant surprise I got a fantastic deal that was legit and Im very happy with the overall experience.
Here are some details:

- Bought two return tickets from Chicago to Hungary at $360 each (in September). Yes, you are reading it correctly. It was too good to be true but it was true. I checked with my airlines and they confirmed that both tickets are good (United Airlines + Austrian Airlines). Went to Hungary, came back with my wife, no problems at all.

Bottom line, if you are unsure like I was I'd say give it a try by using your credit card.
I travel internationally quite a bit so Im definitely going to use TravelMerry again.
My advice - if you are not sure if you can make the dates you originally booked then don't risk it with TravelMerry. But if you know your dates rock solid in advance go for it.

My brother, Mark recently wanted to book roundtrip tickets for both of us using Travel Merry and we wanted to fly out to London on a business trip on British Airways Premium Economy class. The British Airways airfares for the roundtrip were at least 10% cheaper on Travel Merry than other competing travel sites.

When I heard from Mark that he was going to buy the tickets on TM I immediately got reminded of my British Airways Executive Club membership and I had a lot of miles piled up in the last three months and I told him it was a nice time to redeem those unused miles. Listening to my idea Mark called the customer service team of TM to make use of the miles for some free perks from BA, the Travel Merry agent who answered my call said TM isn't concerned in any way with the miles redemption process and British Airways customer Service is the right point of contact in my case for any issue relating to the Executive Club miles.

The TM customer agent Bart gave us all the necessary information on how we could use the BA Executive Club membership privileges and the miles for priority check-in, priority boarding, lounge access, hotel and seat upgrade to name a few. I'm really impressed with Bart's valuable information on British Airways Executive Club membership privileges and he also advised us to provide him with our Executive Club membership number for the new miles to get added in the airline tickets before the generation of PNR and the flight tickets from his side.

This is what I appreciate most about Bart and our miles got added at the end of the transaction and I must say without Bart's advice our miles wouldn't have got added. We redeemed the miles later for our hotel and car rentals in London in accordance with the rules governing the membership and we did save a lot of money.

I'm just about to describe an awesome experience I had while buying my flight tickets on TravelMerry. I was planning a holiday in Dublin in summer of 2018 and I was looking for the lowest airfares between JFK and DUB on Travel Merry. I was unsure about choosing the right flight route between both the cities, NYC has two international airports: John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) while Dublin has only one international airport known by the name Dublin Airport. After making a search for the lowest airfares to Dublin on the Travel Merry search engine I must say I found an extensive list of flights with carriers ranging from Budget to luxury and I was really amazed at the fabulous deals at throw away airfares.
Another thing I'm fascinated about is their advanced search filter option that lets you key in your choice of specifications like airports, non-stop flights, flights with stopovers, carriers to name a few and this feature has been implemented well and the site is super fast. I found the lowest fares between New York City and Dublin across the route JFK to DUB than the other less popular route LGA to DUB which offers mainly connecting flights via a stopover. My advice to customers flying to Dublin from NYC is you must choose the route JFK to DUB for leveraging the lowest airfares on non-stop flights.
Finally after comparing a lot of flights to my desired destination I chose to fly with American Airlines on their economy class and the roundtrip economy fare was close to USD 600. I booked my tickets 2 months in advance because the last time I got a few tips from Alex, the customer service agent who answered my call about leveraging cheap airfares and one of the tips was to book the flights early.
