Our company tried to hire Translators USA LLC and they require full payment before the service is booked. (We paid $735.00 for the service we requested). After scheduling and paying for a court reporter and arranging for all parties to show up for this scheduled session the interpreter did not show up for this session. It has taken over a month to get a response and to receive a full refund. This company is very unprofessional, and I would not ever refer anyone to hire them for any interpreting services.
We are still waiting for a full refund. We initially contacted Translators USA in August. It is the end of October and still waiting...
The initial response was very timely as were all follow-up communications. The quote was competitive with other ones received and although not the lowest, they were willing to meet my deadline over their projected timeframe. There is a Paypal account which facilitates ordering, paying and keeping track of work performed.
I accepted an assignment for a 3 day Herbal life conference and three months later, I am chasing them for payment. The "CEO" never replied to the emails for at least a month a has been giving the run around. Please do your research before accepting anything from here. They are not professional and the CEO will shift the blame of you for allowing them to do their part which is paying for a job done. Very disappointing to say the least.
Translation USA's interpreter was exceptional and very professional in every way. Western Electric and our Japanese clients were very impressed with her interpretation services. Before the meeting, your interpreter did her research to understand our business, meeting purpose and learned technical terminology about our products. During the meeting, in a very quiet and humble way, she managed the communication/interpretation process. Her maturity and conservative style was very appropriate for the business meeting. She accurately captured what was said in writing (at times, very lengthy series of sentences) and accurately interpreted all the points back to the other party.

Fast, convenient and good price for the service. Easy to upload the files, translation email came the next day and original copy arrived a couple of days later. Would definitely translate more files if needed.
First of all, it`s very practical to request for the service on the website and upload the files. After that, a draft is sent very quickly with the translation (1-2 days). They are pleasant and listen to your requests and corrections and respond to them very fast. The electronic copy was sent right after the corrections and I had my original by mail 3 business day after. Great experience and I'll use it again for future needs!
I paid a considerable amount of money, and I expected professionalism. I got them to translate five syllabi, but when they sent me the draft everything was horrible, spelling mistakes, sentences not capitalized, missing periods, the format was horrible, and the formulas were written incorrectly. When I replied that there were mistakes, they corrected some errors, even though I pointed where exactly the periods were missing, they did not correct all the issues, and the formulas were not correct, again. It is like they do not review the documents to check that everything is correct. I would definitely not recommend them to anybody.

I had to translate couple documents from portuguese into english. They not only do a quick service, but also email you a draft of the document to give you a chance to revise it before having it mailed to you!

My colleague and I provided simultaneous interpretation service for Translators USA during the first week of May 2024. We were aware of this companies lack of professionalism in making payments on time and I drafted a contract to receive half of the amount a week before the other half a week after. Danny, the CEO, only paid a small amount of the first half claiming Zelle would not allow him to process more. I waited a few days for the rest of the payment and it didn't come through. Both my colleague and I provided excellent service at a high level international conference with world leaders and I am still waiting for the payment. I processed the payment for my colleague because I didn't want her to have to wait and invoiced the company for the total amount the day after the last day of the event. The first excuse I received from Danny was that he hadn't been paid by his client (government job). An interpreter should not have to wait for a client to pay the company in order to get paid. That is not our concern or responsibility. I myself own a company and have never let my interpreters wait to get paid just because my clients defaulted on their payments. He asked for another week to make the payment and I agreed. At this point he had already breached a contract signed and was making a payment way past the deadline established. I still have not received payment and am now reaching out to the BBB. Mind you, we are talking about less than $5,000.00. For such a "huge" company, I find it hard to believe they can't afford to pay that amount.

They demand $25 on top of amount paid for an electronic copy and $15 for a tracked letter. They failed to send a regular mail letter on two occasions and claim to not have any proof of having sent it. When asked which address they sent my letters to they claim to not have access to that kind of information after getting my full name and the invoice number. It is called extortion and they engage in it. They do not deliver the services contracted and paid for. Translators USA LLC refuses to be courteous over the phone, interrupting and talking over, do not answer questions like: "Did your company send the regular letter to my address?" and keep repeating the mantra of: "We do not have any records of sending or not sending it..." or: "It is against our policy to provide electronic copies even if we made a mistake..."
THIS COMPANY and their policy are RIDICULOUS and must be avoided.
I mean they refuse to let a customer to come-by and pick-up the translation from their office for some bogus "customer privacy-related" policies.
In summary, they hold your documents hostage until you pay them more money than initially agreed about in writing in the first place.

She indeed did cover an event for us in April but did not sent an invoice until June 30,2023. The invoice needs to go through accounting to get cleared for payment. We pay our interpreters 30 days net, which is industry standard and Nieves invoice will be paid as such. This invoice was paid today less than 2 weeks after we received her invoice.
