I am glad to work with broker like Integraoption. Their dealing with the clients is amazing. Very supportive environment and i would very much recommend them to a friend in a heart beat.
I have tried to get in touch with them several ways. However my money is gone (75K) and they never react. Even their websites and email is not accessible anymore.
Shame, shame shame
It has been 3 months since I am working with TradeSolid and I did not face any trading trouble until now. They are trustworthy and they are giving away reliable information but when it was time to withdraw money, it took a lot of time. I had to wait for a week. You can count on them to provide you reliable information and step by step guidance on trading but they are not very efficient in paying. Every trader is concerned about his money and so every trader wishes to get the money withdrawn as soon as possible. Therefore I would give them a 2 star on the money withdrawals.
On the other hand, when it comes to customer service, then you can count on them because they are available 24/6. They do not claim to be available 24/7 and that is one thing which not many trading platforms are clear about. When you will drop them an email, they are likely to give you fast response. I would rate the customer 3.5 out of 5.
You can trust them with your credit card information because they are using the latest technology to protect and encrypt the information of the traders. I would give them 4.5 star on the security of transactions.
Speaking on the trading itself, I would give them 5 stars because they are reliable and they are giving away a lot of information. Even more than what you can count on from any other platform. Therefore, I would give them 5/5 rating on the trading information. Overall, the traders are reliable, you can count on them and I would definitely suggest them to others. You just would have to be patient when it comes to withdrawing the money. You will feel glad to trade with them.
Money was taken from my account without my permission and they won't give it back to me. They phone and promise too, but I've been waiting since April for a return of my funds. They phone asking me to put more money in so they can match it. Why? I want the money back Ozzie took from my account.

I can only share what happened to me. They contacted me and said I would be a good customer to use their ALGO system. They promised me that my money would be safe and silly me, I believed this guy as he was so convincing and working for Tradesolid. Over the following months, he was impossible to reach despite emails, skype messages and phone calls and he lost 50% of the money in my acccount. Throughout I tried to contact the guy who never responded. One day, after he had lost 50% of my money there was no further trading on my account. He had disappeared.
I was told he had been got rid of by one guy that phoned, and another guy said he was the best trader. Covering each others backs.
Then 2 months later one day, someone started trading from my account again without my knowledge. They have justified this by saying because I had agreed initially to their approach they then had permission.
You decide.
I started my trading account with a few hundred dollars with this account manager Adam Parker, then a few days we upgraded my account to be the managed account with the minimum balance of $2,000. The trading were looking fine with some profitable and loss trades. Then another account manager Peter Dane called me and claimed to be my new account manager, then I requested them to withdraw $300 just to see how the withdrawal process works, but then like the other customers, he never contact me back ever since. Either phone calls and emails, he just ignored them.
Now I still keep my account open and it does not seem to make a profit at all, in fact it is making a loss, my balance now stands at roughly $500, I wanted to close my account. I tried to contact Peter Dane via emails, through website... they all DISAPPEARED!
Now I understand that I am not going to get any money back from them and just trying to find a way not to receive any more contact from them even the daily market overview because it is ANNOYING!

I opened an account at the end of December and have received what they initially claimed as insurance - which in fact transpired to be a bonus. Their policy states taut this has to be traded back at least 20 times. I complied with this however this changed and to date I have no definitive answer as to the volume. I trade in GBP and the figures provided are USD? I have 2 accounts of which only one received bonuses! However, they have grouped the two accounts regardless and although I have an email stating that there are no restrictions on withdrawals - Tradesolid have failed to reply to about 12 emails and withdrawal request! This company is totally unprofessional, they are NOT regulated to provide investment advice although do!
I have almost 30k in one account (that received no bonuses) although all my communication is being ignored. This can only leave me to conclude that they are totally unprofessional and unethical. AVOID DEPOSITING ANY MONEY WITH THEM.
