I am totally disappointed about this platform: All of their promises are baseless.
First, they will tell you Guarantee buyers- but that is false.
Secondly, they will tell you that they will assign you an account manager but that is also false.
You pay a lot of money for nothing. It is just a big scam.

The took my $500 as order confirmation but sent me fake companies with fall fake bank info. I requested for refund but didn't give me back my money. Customer service very rude and uncouth

I paid them 250 for promotion on Silverkey. They took the money and never responded to my calls and email. They all have US numbers which they use in scamming people. Most of the companies are their workers creating fake buyers. Never trust this peoplr. Do not make any payments. Google should shut down the website

İ was about to get membership but thanks to sitejabber after reading reviews, i changed my mind.And the person who was dealing with me got upset and went ugly on whatsapp conversation. İ took the screenshot.
They are like a profesional scam organisation. They call you from the USA number although they based in Pakistan. They are not professionals at all.
İ am 100% sure that their site is full of fake buyers and fake buying requests.

Simply put. The agent refused to give me 3 local references of clients they serviced in South Africa where I am from to verify TradeKey service offerings. The agentbeventually gave me one persons contact. He blocked me on whatsapp after I asked him for the 3 local references.

I am writing this review because i want to share my experience with the world. I bought their gold membership and its been almost 3 months I have received orders from 10 buyers for my products from all across the world. I am so happy with my membership, Tradekey has expended my business from Chine to entire world.

The staff of the website promised to publish the branded items to be convinced us to be a paid member. But they didn't keep their promise after the payment.
At first, they didn't publish; after several warnings, they did but in a tricky way. They prevented searching the branded items on the website's search tool. And they never answer properly regarding the issue. They are just stalling.
And the worst I can't get the money back; they are in a deep silence about this issue as well.

Stay away from these guys, quality is so so bad with their vanities, not even one from a whole container worth selling, they couldn't even make fire wood on a good day. 1 in 5 mirrors is able to be sold. They stopped communications once problems arose. No matter even if the products are free don't waste any effort with these guys. (Jimmy the owner)

I started registering my company on Tradekey.com in 2012 and I immediately received calls from them to convince me to upgrade my account, at first I didn't really want to because I was still testing their services, but decided to take the premium membership account anyway. Honestly speaking I did start receiving email inquiries from potential buyers, "so I thought" and started replying to them but not a single one came back so I began to think that these are just them sending fake inquiries pretending to be genuine buyers, Even found that on my Tradekey page web for my products one of them put their picture on it, I was very upset and found that my email was hacked but managed to stop it! I am REMOVING my company from this website and I want to write to my South African trading government department to investigate this company. They should ban them! Seriously.

Terrible terrible client service - first thing! I got answers for my email only when they tried to sell me ViP service. After I transferred many no contact for 4 months! They was telling me that consultant left, that there was holily - BULl$#*!! I was prepared to go to the police. But then the started apologizing and i said okey - maybe i will get some good buyers. NO AGAIN... Clients were crap! The best A grade buyers wanted to pay 4 times less than is our price for this product! The price is impossible - it; s cheaper than production cost. Don't go for their VIP SERVICE BULL$#*!. 1500$ for $#*!ty client list - all of this was something terrible, just waste of money! We at first told 3 others companies about this so they were willing to get vip membership - but I told them to stay away luckily.

Their business advisors will ask for big amounts to be paid upfront as membership subs Upton 12k a year with the promise they will. Refund if they dont find a customer. But never find money wasted

Tradekey.com is b great b2b website, I have expanded my business from china to all over Asia and now exporting my products to USA also. My account manager is so helpful. Overall services are great

Never deal with this company trade key are scums and scams, they send suppliers that are robbery, stay away.

I tried 2 supplies and both scammers, they confirm yes we can send the quantity you after no problem and once you pay them they start creating stories about how you need bigger quantity and you need to pay more,

Tradekey.com was a good company before 2015 but now they have to pay employes salaries and dues and asking them to work. Strategy is hold employes salaries and ask them to work and if they resign they will never get their dues. Now they are using new name technado and export hub and stealing Alibaba and tradekey leads. Frankly they are wolf in the beard.
I suggest you never join Tradekey as a member or as a worker and also beaware others as well.

I was golden member for last 2 years and i paid about 1500 $ to became member and i didn't get any serious buyer to buy my products. Yes i received many inquiries from fake accounts, not real buyers. I recommend to nobody join them or pay any money to them.

The management of Tradekey.com has usurped salaries and other payable to 100s of employees amounting to millions of dollars. Now they have started the same operations under a new name of "trade technado" to avoid payoffs of their liabilities. They are a bunch of cheats, liars and scammers.
The website is empty and filled with fake content. They use cron jobs to pull data from other B2B websites including Alibaba but very few real customers. When they get a buyer they connect the same buyer with 50 to 100 suppliers though fake inquiry submissions showing to the sellers that they can provide good inquiries but in fact they are fake.
Please beware of this website and this company whether you want to do business with them of work there.
I am an ex-employee of Tradekey and waiting for my money to be paid since last two years.

WARNING! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS PEOPLE. TRADEKEY'S INQUIRIES ARE FAKE. THEY JUST SEND GHOST BUYERS. IT DOES NOT EVEN CONFORM WITH THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU ARE SELLING.
I PAID THE SILVER MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT EVEN ONE SINGLE BUYER. ALL EMAILS ARE SET UP BY THIS GROUP. IT IS STRANGE THAT TRADEKEY COULD STILL OPERATE GLOBALLY.

I registered as a buyer on Tradekey. I received lots of replies from companies trying to sell me the products I advertised for. It was pretty obvious that they did not have a clue about the products I was asking for and they were scammers (mostly companies from India, Pakistan and S. Africa - the products I was after are not available in those countries).

I only received one reply which looked legitimate. A supposed Mr Paul Walsh introduced himself as the Business Development Manager of a North African company and said he was acting on behalf of his manager (the owner) and provided facebook page and website for the company. His email address however was *******@sd.tradekey.com!. And his English was not good enough for a Paul Walsh. He eventually passed on communications to his 'manager'. The information coming from the 'manager' seemed to contradict what Paul Walsh had provided and when I asked the 'manager' about the role of Paul Walsh, I was told that he was an employee and agent of TradeKey assigned for communication and research customers and based in Pakistan!

The whole TradeKey thing is a big Scam and should be avoided

Poor services, the sales man and my buyer services man said that company doesn't pay us salary so we are not providing services.

I contacted about 50 sellers, wasted lots of time on this website wanting to purchase the products. All of them were scammers without any partners and reputation asking for deposit in advance! I drove 1000 km there and back to meet up with a seller who then never showed up but instead of I met "his friend" who tried to persuade me to invest my deposit (which I had in cash) in money laundering... I am happy to leave that place safe and without any loss

All promise, no delivery - always asking you to spend more money on extra services etc, when they have not even delivered on the basics... I will not be renewing membership...

Tradekey helped to boost my Company sales and Revenue so much, I am really Thankful to my handsome KAM... He is a real talented guy, connects the verified customers with me every now and then. I was a little afraid before joining Tradekey but now I am happy and proud member... Next year. Gonna join Two year contract...

I have an update on my complaint with Tradekey.
I have been contacted by tradekey in order to remove the reviews I have posted on several sites about the fraud I experienced with tradekey.
A tradekey manager named * from QA Dep. Contacted me with a view to entering into an agreement.
In exchange for the return of the amount paid in advance for a deal that never existed, he asked me to remove the reviews that were damaging the image of tradekey.
I informed them that I would withdraw the complaints as long as they returned the amount in dispute.
The shane said yes and that he would send an email with a written agreement for me to sign that I would accept the terms discussed over the phone.
After a week I received nothing and contacted Shane who said he would deal with the matter the next day... until today, no response.
Once again they tried to deceive the customer with promises that they already knew they would not realize, just wanted my company to remove the reviews.
Once again they prove that they are not trustworthy and are only in the market to deceive customers and make easy money.
Once again, avoided doing business with this company and don't pay anything in front.
