I like that Tower-Bridge allows for cryptocurrencies trading and fiat currencies trading on one platform because I'm looking for a convenient way to trade digital currencies. As soon as I opened my account, I could buy BTC by transferring funds via my MasterCard credit card with no extra charges, holding cryptocurrency for some time and transferring funds out to my bank account. I also like that Tower-Bridge has excellent customer support services.

I have an account I do not need now. They constantly call after hours. I have requested numerous times to close the account and today they called me (Peter) and said account cannot be closed. Don't bother to use join, the customer service is absolutely none the moment you told them you want to close the account. I would not give them any star.

My account managers managed to lose my entire account within just a couple of weeks. Tower Bridge account managers are clearly not knowledgeable or experienced enough to trust your money with. They are not interested in personalising trades to suit your risk comfortability but rather take control of your trades unless they are questioned... so beware! Furthermore, communication with your account manager via email or phone is near impossible. You can't contact them directly for advice when needed and can be left hanging for days/ weeks which either leaves you to be forced to take uninformed risks or to be at the mercy of their poor communication.

This platform is not limited to only one payment method. I have used different methods during my experiences like credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), E-Wallet (APM, EFT), and Wire Transfer. According to my ease at the moment I availed the method.

The platform's color scheme is very nice and right to my taste. The combination of purple and white helped me relax during risky trades.
