These curators have excellent taste, they're online sales process isn't the best and based off the reviews I've read, they don't always hit the mark. I hope they get better. Touch of modern showcases many different products that are made by actual artists and companies, I assume, who are trying to get seen. Look the products up and buy directly from the seller if you don't trust TOM. I've been inspired to purchase many things I've seen on this app from other sellers. Good stuff keep it coming. No need to trash them in reviews though.
Ordered an item in Nov 2023, Touch Modern said it would ship by Dec 30 2023. Now Feb 2024, no item received, no refund. Getting run around from their customer service, "MIguel Duarte" and "Andrew T". This place is a scam now which is unfortunate because i ordered from them in the past with no issues. The state Attorney General really needs to shut this place down

I was informed that a $1600 watch had been charged to my credit card. Within 5 minutes if the order, I emailed TOM to advise them not to ship the watch. They have no phone service so email is the only communication. 6 emails and a Facebook message gave yielded only roboreplies, so my credit card must intervene - but they don't even gave a phone #. What legit business Ford t take phone calls?

I have worked with the company as a vendor multiple times. After our last couple of campaigns, we submitted invoices for what Touch of Modern owed us for the products we sent in to them for their customers. We've waited almost a year now for payment - we are still waiting. In fact, we are still waiting for someone to just respond to our emails! It's absolutely the worst business I have ever worked with.

Use the site for ideas and inspiration for shopping. I get ideas all the time from TOM. I’ve only bought one thing from them. It took a while, but I wasn’t in a hurry to get it. I realized it would take a while. I was excited when it arrived without notice. Like Christmas as a kid. Lmao.

I placed an order in mid-July. Shipping costs were almost 50% of the item price. That was unanticipated but okay. It is now September 30 and nothing has been received. I contacted customer support but only received generic message about not having a tracking number for vendor direct ships. When I asked a follow up of how to resolve I received no response. This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Used this site a few times over the past few years. Occasionally, the orders have arrived in a timely fashion and the merchandise has been good. However, most of the time the orders take a super long time to be delivered….if they ever are and he goods are not of the quality you would expect for the money.
Bottom line is they are overpriced, unreliable and not very helpful when there is a problem. Quite honestly I am surprised these clowns are still in business. Buyer beware. You can do much better and be treated better elsewhere.
Product arrived badly damaged. Was refunded for the product itself, but not for the $70 in shipping. Contacted customer support several times but NO response whatsoever. Was told to keep the product which meant that I also had to pay an additional $20 for the disposal at the city dump. Touch of Modern offers no customer support and not surprisingly, offers no way to directly review their service. Will never purchase from them again.
I've been buying from TOM for many years and most of my experiences have been very good. They have taken back items that were "final sale" and that includes today, as I received a pair of slippers that were too small. I'd say that a human (Julie) contacted me within about 10 minutes of my initial e-mail, which I consider very good.
I don't question many of the reviews, but I think that in order to avoid confusion and disappointment, it's important to understand several things about Touch of Modern.
In terms of shipping items purchased, there are 4 different types of delivery/shipping speed that you might see. They are:
1. Quick ship - In stock, probably goes out in roughly 1 business day.
2. Bulk order - Most common, everything goes out at once, but it can be slow, dependent on partner.
3. Back stock - In warehouse, usually ship in 1 to 5 business days.
4. Direct from partner - The partner will ship it, usually after the sale has ended. This may take longer, as it's dependent on the partner, and particularly items requiring special handling can be slow.

Also, in terms of clothing, many clothing items are slim fit or modern fit. If you're a normal guy built guy like me, or one who wants comfort, you may want to size up or avoid this cut of clothing. If not sure, ask, as some clothing items are normal fit. As an example, I just ordered a leather jacket in XL. Usually I wear large, but knowing that some of their items are snug I went up a size and it fits perfectly.
Also, pretty much all customer service is done by e-mail.
I do recommend Touch of Modern and my personal experience with them has been mostly good. But I think that understanding how they operate, and particularly how and when and why they ship as they do, will reduce or eliminate disappointment. If you want something fast, unless it's in "quick ship" status, you might not receive it fast.

I ordered a watch on August 4,2023. They said I should have it by August 18,2023. I am still waiting for the items I paid for. My guess is they sold more than they had and now are offering money back. I don't want my money back I want my watch that I bought.

I have been with this company since 2019. As of late their service has been deplorable. I order products that are never delivered or take forever to deliver. Worst of all most of their products have no refund or cancellation clauses which means you lose your money and get no product

After, reading all the horrible reviews I was compelled to write a good one. I have ordered from from ToMO many times and all of their products are amazing the hand carve chess set was by far the best Christmas gift given in my entire life. I also was given store credit for a pair of shoes that didn't fit my husband even pass the 7 days. Yes, customer service via email was a pain and needs improvement for sure but in the end I received the credit. The only reason why I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because the company needs to get under logistics. The product can take months to get.

The concept of the platform is great, yet they have major logistical problems. Customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Such a shame because the company has appeal. Unfortunately, they don't understand that economics is defined by the production, distribution, and consumption of commodities because they fail in the distribution part therefore consumers can't consume. Seasonal sales are a trap. By the time you get a seasonal item delivered the season is over. So expect to use your Halloween products for Thanksgiving.

I could not use the products because they never arrived. After waiting two months I submitted an inquiry to where my products were and i never received a response. When I escalated it, I received a response asking what my order number was. a week past and I am still waiting on a response. In the end i had to dispute it on my card because Touch of Modern completely disregarded my inquiry.
Company is a scam. They charge your credit card then after few months claim manufacturer unable to provide the merchandise, or order got lost then another few months before you get you money back.
Even if you are luck you get something which was not the original order.
My last order took 5.5 months to be delivered. When I received the box it was totally different merchandise which I could get 20% cheaper from Amazon.

Inflated shipping costs, materials that never show up, abysmal customer support. I have bought from them many times over the years, but as of the last few months they are no longer operating in a fashion that provides any value to their customers. They are unresponsive, shady, and they attempt to drag transactions out until they are no longer able to be reversed on your credit card. DONT DO IT!
Never got my order. Three months has gone by. Contacted Touch of Modern 4 times asking where my merchandise is and requested refund. They never got back to me. Only got an automated response that they will request a refund from the supplier. Will never do business with them again. In fairness I have placed orders in the past and eventually received them. Now I realize it's just a matter of time before they will stiff you.
I have had some great products from T of M. Customer service was great and helpful. I know. You think I work for them but nope. I really have gotten some cool goodies here.
I have ordered from Touch of Modern several times and have spent nearly $50,000 or so is my best guess as I have purchase expensive time pieces from them over the years. They started out quite good and were timely with the purchases. In the last approximately two years they have fallen down considerably. They say that things will be shipped in 2- 4 weeks and then it goes months and they don't reach out and give updates. It is hard to find where to reach them and then they respond very slowly or say that the order is in process which gives not valuable data. Then after two - three follow-ups the package finally arrives. I have not had real issues with any quality of the products, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired with delivery timeliness and communication.
I will seriously reconsider ordering from them in the future as this is getting very old and disappointing as I like many of their products.

Items never arrive. It's impossible to speak to a real human. You just get automated response emails from a bot that lie to you and ensure that the item will arrive in a few days. This goes on for months with each response pushing the arrival out a few days. Item never shows and you get no refund.
The tracking numbers below are two such items that have been missing for months. Never received a refund or even a response from Touch of Modern despite multiple inquiries. Avoid this company.
I purchased a jacket from TOM which took several weeks to arrive. I requested size XL to have a bit of extra room for layers. With only a tee shirt on, I could not even get the jacket buttoned, probably close to a medium in reality. I requested a return and was told "sorry" returns were not accepted. Quality of the jacket made me realize this was no bargain either. I suggest buyers go through other more trustworthy sources which stand behind their sales. I am closing my account with these guys and spreading the word of how they operate.

This is a warning to everyone trying to buy alcohol from this site. I have 3 open orders dating back to February, they have collected the money for them and I have yet to receive any product. They wont refund my money or provide feedback on when (IF!) it will ever ship. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy anything from the again.
Ordered shirts in June. No word from them for 2 months. Got a reply saying shipment delayed until 12/31/23 and offered me a $10 store credit lol. Never heard from them again after I requested refund.

I placed an order on November 30,2022 as a Christmas gift. As of today 1/26/23; I have yet to receive the order. It is in PO status, which me they are waiting for it from the manufacturer. Reportedly, the item was supposed to be shipped in 1-2 weeks. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. Never again!
