I started off a little rocky with Total Trivia and I was upset. I reached out for help and it had let to another problem, but one they realized what had happened when I wrote a review they were really quick to correct the situation and to apologize. This game is awesome and yes the prizes are real they get delivered to the address the only way it could be improved is the ticket system you have to buy them or do this type of stuff which requires makin so many accounts on different websites
I love trivia games and winning prizes. This game actually has both. And when I had an issue of not receiving the prize I won, Customer service had no problems whatsoever sending my replacement quickly. And they even reached out later to make sure I received it.

You can win some pretty cool stuff but most likely you will have to spend money to get what you want. Or you can patiently wait and save up your coupons which can take a while and it's still not guaranteed you will get what you want
