I bought a nice quality bird cage for my two cockatiels, good quality and very spacious for the price

Ordered a cat tower with hammock, rotating tunnel, basket lounger, condo with window, perch, and all posts for scratching. Received one with hanging rope instead of tunnel, smaller condo without window, and half of the posts for scratching. Asked for correct item ordered for exchange or full refund. Offered a $10 refund to keep what I received. Same day they increased price on product online. Checked their website and the product I ordered says it's out of stock. Originally ordered from walmart.com from them as a third party seller. Had to have WalMart intervene to get a refund since they were unwilling to ship the correct product I ordered.

Further update, i recently placed an order an i both another cat-tree house and the quality is as before. I recommend Yaheetech items without aa doubt.

Completely shipped the wrong order with double the quantity of goods. Had to pay over $200 in return shipping fees in order to get product refund and are not reimbursing me. They are making excuse after excuse not to make this right and correct the mistake that they made. Total Scammers!

This was a very reasonable buy, and is sturdy and easy to put together. The shelves are wood, and there is no reinforcement as the wood simply fits onto the edges of the frame. Hence, I'm comfortable putting a lot of weight on each shelf. The metal frame is certainly sturdy enough to support significant weight though. In my case, I'm just using for my lighter stuff, and it works perfectly for my needs.

I just became a proud parent of two happy cats, Orbit & Buddy. They are very frisky and love climbing on everything including my kitchen cabinets, which is a no no.
