I purchased a pt254 10"lumberjack thickness planer from your company Only had it a month and it started bellowing smoke out on inspection the belt was catching and damaged with a tear so contacted Dave green who arranged for it to be collected and repair The machine came and the belt had not been replaced and it snapped on the first use Dave had just supplied a belt which we managed to fit Only for that belt to shredded by the machine Dave again had the machine collected for repair the fault was caused by iron fillings we which they did not notice The machine came back and it had been dropped by dpd and smashed the top bed arms So again Dave arranged for it to be collected And returned for repair It was returned back to me on sat gone I tried to use it yesterday and it is so tight to adjust and the bed wasn't straight. It wasn't like this when I purchased it from your company I am at my Whitt's end I have ask Dave to replace the machine to which I was told that it isn't going to happen Which is unfair it can't keep coming back for repair all the time I don't seem to get any thing from Dave green telling what repair has been done nothing Now davie green offered my a pt305 12" at no extra cost in exchange for my machine so I asked where these machines ok and dave's reply was these machine where just put together for show and it was a far superior to mine so we arranged the return and I heard nothing so I contacted Dave who was working from home.and he told me one of the machines had sold and the other was coming coming back as it was to big for the persons work shop I again asked if there was problems with the machine and he said no.and he would keep me informed which he never did My machine went back then I got a call from Dave again from his mobile saying let me shut my door so nobody hears me the technical director is really pissed because you for the push stick and tiny rubber feet, and also unfortunately I am not going to offer you the PT305 because they have a lot of problems with the bed and when I get the plastic push stick back I will give you a full refund for the messing about clearly everything Dave green told me was a pack of lies So today a girl rang me from ( tool-save) Lumberjack tools Wolverhampton to do me refund Gave her all my details at first she said the machine has died on her so I need to take your details again which I did Then after I had ended the call I got a message from my bank saying the they had tried to take the money again luckily I only transfer money into that account when needed otherwise I would have been out of pocked and have to wait while to get a refund My advice is don't use toolsave lumberjack tools Wolverhampton
