Beware of online companies from China that are scams like WigSis or WigsBuy! These Chinese companies will take your money and send you something completely different than ordered, then they won't give you a return address as their policy stated. Toni Brattin makes real hair like wigs that are delivered in a timely fashion, affordable, durable, comfortable, and most importantly, make you look great! I will only use this company to buy any further wigs. Thank God for American Made with American Integrity!

I ordered Trend setter in platinum and brown blonde. Love the platinum one, hate the brown blonde. It looks fake and lays differently. You are right about customer service. The web site is hard to navigate. Sentences on top of sentences. So one can't click on the site for info. Return policy is a waste. I will donate the brown one or give it away or throw it away with my money spent.

I've been using Toni Brattin for years and have been ordering platinum blonde. It always matches my hair perfectly. This year the platinum blonde has no yellow. It is silver. I keep ordering Platinum blonde hair pieces, but she still sends me Silver. She does not respond to my emails. Customer service is a phone recording and "leave a message". I need to return these items, but I read that she will send a shipping label. Still waiting a response. Toni Brattin used to be a good company, but now she sending out Silver just to get rid of her inventory. Silver is not platinum blonde.

Toni Bratton Wigs & Hair Pieces are wonderful. The hair Pieces make it so easy to wear your hair up in a ponytail or down with so much fullness and bounce. She has so many colors to choose from it's easy to match your hair.

I ordered my first full wig during Toni Brattin's QVC appearance May 22,2021. When they showed the Pixie, and Toni shook it and put it on, I knew I had to order it. The Order number is *******549, Part number A*******. When it finally arrived, I repeated what Toni had done, and the wig did nothing but lay flat. I think we should be told that the Wigs have to be taken to a Beauty Salon to get the approximate look shown on QVC.

Not red blonde at all. Dará red and Brown womens in. This is sickening. The Weaver of her hair is not the same. Poor quality are there madera in México?

I own over 60 pcs(clip in pcs, combs, add in's, extensions, every single kind inc wigs) from Toni Brattin. She used to be on HSN, now evine.com, but you can save more money if you purchase straight from her site. Exact same pcs and wigs, except evine does have a few wigs and extensions that you can only buy there, but if you belog to her email list, every week one or 2 pcs go on sale. I have bought at least 15 pieces from her site, and I always get them within a week, and always love them. EXCEPT HER WIGS! They suck, they are NOT full! Al of hers are expensive, but they do stand the test of time, FOR WIGS even for Caucasian women, if you want an awesome wig or any other kind of hair for 1/3 the price, try glamourtress.com! Note: to get an accurate review of Toni's pcs, go to evine.com, type her name in on the search bar, find the piece you like, and look at the reviews- they also generally have better pictures, plus a video demonstration. I always get compliments on my hair, due to a disability, I cannot style my own hair, and her holds up for a very long time (over 8 years with most! Give her a try! Except for her wigs, if you can afford hers, get them. Once you get your color right (order a cheap pc from Evine first, because you can return it, get your color right for the pony tails, all of the extensions, all of the pcs except full wigs, because full wigs you can order any color. Returns suck, have to pay shipping both ways. Check both sites to confirm this. They DO take returns at Evine.com, but it is between $7-8 bucks if you use the sticker they send you, do not know about tonibrttin.com.

I honestly can't say I've tries these products myself but I have Heard such great things. The results I see on my friends are outstanding, if you know how to do make up of course lol

Ordering hairpieces from Toni Brattin since the pandemic has been hit and miss. Twin clips now are less hair, less curl, not as long and are hit and miss as to whether you get a "true" soft curl or not. I've asked the company about this and their answer is we take what we get. Very professional answer, I don't think so. Find another company that cares what you get because it costs to ship back to them.
