My wife bought a wig on qvc it ne er came very unhappy they ship it out but it never came so whats next I told all my friends

I ordered Trend setter in platinum and brown blonde. Love the platinum one, hate the brown blonde. It looks fake and lays differently. You are right about customer service. The web site is hard to navigate. Sentences on top of sentences. So one can't click on the site for info. Return policy is a waste. I will donate the brown one or give it away or throw it away with my money spent.

Ordering hairpieces from Toni Brattin since the pandemic has been hit and miss. Twin clips now are less hair, less curl, not as long and are hit and miss as to whether you get a "true" soft curl or not. I've asked the company about this and their answer is we take what we get. Very professional answer, I don't think so. Find another company that cares what you get because it costs to ship back to them.

Love her wigs. Have about 10. Trying to ask one simple question. No one too talk to. Question is: will she ever make a lace front wig. I'll wait if she will. If not I will order from another company. I used t be able to speak directly to someone in her office. It is inconceivable that this company is so DIFFICULT to contact. Very disappointed

I ordered my first full wig during Toni Brattin's QVC appearance May 22,2021. When they showed the Pixie, and Toni shook it and put it on, I knew I had to order it. The Order number is *******549, Part number A*******. When it finally arrived, I repeated what Toni had done, and the wig did nothing but lay flat. I think we should be told that the Wigs have to be taken to a Beauty Salon to get the approximate look shown on QVC.

Beware of online companies from China that are scams like WigSis or WigsBuy! These Chinese companies will take your money and send you something completely different than ordered, then they won't give you a return address as their policy stated. Toni Brattin makes real hair like wigs that are delivered in a timely fashion, affordable, durable, comfortable, and most importantly, make you look great! I will only use this company to buy any further wigs. Thank God for American Made with American Integrity!

I've been using Toni Brattin for years and have been ordering platinum blonde. It always matches my hair perfectly. This year the platinum blonde has no yellow. It is silver. I keep ordering Platinum blonde hair pieces, but she still sends me Silver. She does not respond to my emails. Customer service is a phone recording and "leave a message". I need to return these items, but I read that she will send a shipping label. Still waiting a response. Toni Brattin used to be a good company, but now she sending out Silver just to get rid of her inventory. Silver is not platinum blonde.
