I have to speak up for the fantastic support team who have always been extremely helpful to me and my employees. Whenever there's a problem, we have them on speed dial and they haven't missed a beat. Their channel manager has become the backbone of our company since we started growing two years ago - I dunno what we'd do without it!
Tokeet still a long away to be serious channel manager starting from the support which only work weekdays and sometimes you can have prompt responses but sometimes it takes a day to get someone to help you. I experience both and i lost thousand of dollars using a software that let me down badly.
Very good interface and organized however too much setup options that doesn't work.
Dynamic price doesn't work and if you have setup extra price per additional guest you will lose money as it doesn't work on airbnb.
Revoke connection and drop connection to me happened 2 times in a month time which it should not happen at all. Airbnb confirm they don't revoke or drop connection but the channel manager accuse airbnb to do such thing.
Stay away if you a serious person tokeet is not a good software but its really cheap.
