Order from them around 6 years ago, and was left slightly unsatisfied with the delivery time, and slightly satisfied with the shirt's quality, but i understand that's what i get for so cheap
I ordered 2 shirts from them less than a month ago. I got the items earlier than expected (4 weeks in) and i could not be more satisfied with the items' quality. It's insane how better they got. You can still tell they're not authentic, but the quality is really good for TWENTY DOLLARS. Let that sink in. $20. You don't just get a football shirt for 20 dollars, you also get it customized. Websites usually charge like 10 more dollars just to customize your shirt.
I'll post this review in as many places as i can, because the reviews i had seen here and in other websites were so misleading, with an exception of one or two reviews who were honest about the delivery time, and the shirts quality.
I've tried making an order with every card I own and nothing will go through. So I called customer support on multiple occassions and? The number isn't up anymore. I tried emailing them and there is no response. I don't know what is going on with the company but I just want to buy my boyfriend a custom jersey. Please get your ish together TNT!
Ho effettuato il pagamento in data 13/5/2020 e ho avuto conferma da parte loro dell'ordine. A oggi non ho ricevuto niente e nonostante le mie mail non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Il mio consiglio è di stare alla larga, da parte mia ho messo al corrente la Polizia. Sto valutando la possibilità di sporgere denuncia.
Made an online order and was told product would ship within 12 to 15 days. There's been no response to three emails requesting an update to the order, the phone line has been ringing busy every time I tried for the last month. Feels like Tnt soccer is a total scam. I wish I would have researched them before I placed the order as this seems common. Not sure how they can stay in business legally.
I ordered 4 masks from TNT soccer shop on May 6th and have reached out twice since then for a status and never received a response from their customer service. On their website they have a search your order tab but it doesn't work... It seems I lost my money while never receiving the masks... Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Arrived later than expected but can't complain about quality. The jerseys came out great. Added some patches for the champions and Im pretty happy with all 3 that I got.
It's been 3 months and still no Jersey... CUstomer service doesn't even answer emails. I want my Jersey or a full refund.
The most pathetic scam website I have ever come across. First of all, WHY ARE YOU LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF A PARKING LOT IN MIAMI? You guys are the fakest, most ridiculous, scammers I have ever come across. I ordered 1 Jersey and its been 12 weeks already and still NOTHING. I've emailed you over 10 times and still NOTHING. Thanks alot for your unprofessional service! Already working on taking down your website for good, ADIOS :)
I've purchased off this site before and yes it took a while to come but quality of product was very good. The prices are good, I also like to customize my jerseys something they do very well in this store.
Not impressed at all with their customer service - sent them an email about cancellation of payment and they never responded; and their phone number does not work.
I was able to receive the set I bought but it took way longer than advertised
I ordered a 2017/2018 season Corinthians football shirt which looks and was after a month of waiting sent a 2019 season shirt (see photos). I have emailed them to request that right shirt be sent, and I am still waiting for a response one month later.
I live in the UK and TNT is a USA registered company. Note that I had to pay import tax on a item that is not the item I purchased.
I purchased Three (3)FC Barcelona custom shirts from TNT and I just ordered six (6) more. At first I was upset about the wait time, but I have come to understand that its a small company overseas. I was patient and received my shirts. Flawless, gorgeous and as advertised. Very high quality hence my return purchase.
I purchased a pair of $150 cleats for my son in March and still have not received them. I have not received a response to my emails either. My credit card was charged and reported. This website is an absolute scam.
There's no one you can call and no one responds to emails. I placed an order in January and the full order has not arrived and no refund has been issued. SCAM!
I ordered 3 shirts for my sons birthday on March 27, I only received acknowledgement of my order on April 19 after filing a complaint with the BBB. I have sent them several e mails not once did they acknowledge me! They took my money as soon as the order was placed, but wont respond or give me ship dates. Save your money use Amazon at least you can fall back on them! TNT should be shut down in the US my opinion!
Stay away is an understatement. This is not a legit business. No items delivered, no money refunded, no response and no communication. They are ripping people off. Read the reviews. Give your money to charity before placing an order with them. Dont know how a fake business can steal peoples money and still exist. They need to go to jail for embezzlement. I still have not received my order or my money refunded since December 2017. Ive requeated a refund over 20 times to just be ignored. Dont be another victim... absolutely stay away from tnt soccer!
I placed an order online over 6 weeks ago, the initial email said to wait for 15 days for fulfillment. I did wait for 4 weeks, the status still says unfulfilled. I contacted them and I received an automated email. I called the customer service line but no answer, and can't even leave a message because the VM box is full.
I've never seen a real company with such a bad customer service. I'm really starting to believe that this is a FAKE company. I gave up on my order and not sure if I will ever be able to get my money back. I'm writing this so people don't make the same mistake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

First of all, I'm gonna make things clear about this site. IT IS NOT FAKE. Next, if you want to return the order, it has to be 48 hours before the order was made, and it has to be during store hours. Third, It takes 17-23 buss. Days for it to be processed and shipped if you are in the U.S. And, the jerseys are not defective, either the shipper did not take good care of it while it was being shipped, or the jersey was not taken care of properly. I got a soccer shirt from TNT Soccer Shop, it was a custom FCBarcelona jersey. It was processing for over twenty days, but I was patient. Now the jersey is on its way and I can't wait to get my jersey.
