I placed two separate orders with TNT Soccer. I tried multiple times to cancel them both. Tried via email several times. Via their online form, and via telephone. Never did receive a response, and I got the orders that I did not want. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This company is pathetic, haven't received my order and it has been a month. Cannot contact via phone. Received email that is processing and a month later, still processing. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!
This company has poor customer service. We ordered three soccer jerseys from them and one was a defective jersey. We tried to contact them multiple times before getting a response. They refuse to take care of the problem because they state we "clearly washed it wrong". Funny thing is we NEVER WASHED it, but they refuse to believe that. BAD BAD BAD customer service!
