Hello Liberty, thank you very much for your feedback on all possible sites. Hopefully you're feeling better now. We transport thousands of vehicles every month. Unfortunately, in rare cases things can go wrong sometimes. Weather conditions, truck breakdowns, delays with the client, traffic, etc. You should understand that sometimes the situation can get out of control, for example, planes are delayed or canceled, but not all customers immediately start writing angry comments on all possible sites. Fortunately, most people understand that unpredictable situations can happen in any business. Unfortunately, your carrier had an accident, another car drove into him, and because of this, we were unable to pick up your car on time. Due to the fact that the 4th of July is a big holiday, it takes some time to assign a new carrier. Thank you and best regards, TMShipping LLC

Received a quote of $630. Booked for a month out. Date came and went and when I questioned them, iIwas told they had no one to perform the move but they would arrange for some one at $1200.00. I refused and asked for my booking fees be returned. Now im being ghosted.

Hello, costumer experience overall was great. I am giving them 1 stars however because they never found a driver even though i had booked this shipment in advance. I was never made aware that this might be a problem especially since the shipment was only from Massachusetts to Maryland. I travel a lot for work and basically flew in to another state, ubered around and rented a car until i found another shipping company. Very frustrating.

I had contract with them for 1 to 4 day transport of my Rolls-Royce ended up two weeks later still no Rolls-Royce so I fired them bad business for high value transport

Terrible company! Don't use TM Shipping! They lied about the price cost me an extra $500! Cuz I was stuck. They said it would only take 3-5 business days it took over a week just to find a carrier! Worst customer service! Don't Use!

But despite this, kindly please note that it might take up to 5 business days for the pickup according to our contract. Your vehicle was picked up and delivered in 7 days according to the agreement. After speaking to our competitors, you found out that the price could be even higher during this time, as well as you found out that our competitors could not provide you with a better price and conditions than what we have provided you. We would like to kindly bring your attention to the fact that not a single cent was withdrawn from your account and we lowered the contract price by $85 less than what you originally signed. We would like to say that despite the difficult situation with truck availability caused by the holidays and the increased shipping demand on this route, our company was able to fully fulfill all of our conditions and even reduce your costs. We can assure you that no other company would ever do this. We value our clients very much and believe that deep down they are grateful to us, despite the negative comments left on emotions. There are different situations in the service sector that may occur caused by circumstances that we can't control. We know that our company does more than just a transport company and will never leave our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I do not know who these people are that are writing such glowing recommendations for TM Shipping, ie friends, family, TMShipping themselves? Because my experience is the complete opposite of these glowing recommendations. Before hiring an auto shipping company, I did my thorough research and was recommended to read reviews on this site - Transport Reviews.

The reviews about many auto shipping companies on this site warned of brokers accepting low prices and then the customer was left stranded with no driver 48 hours before the car was supposed to be picked up. This is exactly what happened with me when contracting TMShipping I was left with no driver hours before my scheduled date of pick up.

I contracted TMShipping and Julia more than 6 weeks before the date of pick-up for not one, but 2 cars. I explained very clearly that I needed to fly out on a Friday evening (Aug. 24) and my ideal pick-up window was the day before, but that I could do Wednesday afternoon Aug. 22 Friday afternoon Aug. 24 (Auto brokers require a 48 hour window). A week before pick-up I called. TMShipping and the days leading up to the pick-up date as well. I was always told that there was no problem with my pick-up date of Aug. 23 and Julia would be getting with me, as to who my actual driver would be. Normally, a driver should have been contacting a week to four days before the scheduled pick-up date.

48 hours before the scheduled pick-up I called Julia (she did not call me) requesting the name of my driver and time of pick-up. It was only then that she said there was a problem with the price she quoted me as being too low and the driver she wanted to use already made his pick-up on the day of my call. She was only concerned about the price, not the fact that it was imperative for my 2 cars to be picked up within the next 48 hours because I was completing a move and had to catch a flight in 72 hours, which was explained to her quite clearly during our initial conversation. I asked her if she could provide a driver, any driver irrespective of the price and advise. We spoke at noon and she said that she would get back to me by 4 pm that same day with no promise whatsoever that she would come up with a driver.

Therefore, I called Ship Your Car Now LLC and spoke with Jay Rapp. I explained my situation to Jay and he grasped immediately that I needed A DRIVER for the 2 cars to be shipped within 48 hours and said that he would find a driver for sure within 48 hours and that he would do the best on price, but considering it was within 48 hours, it would cost more than what TMShipping quoted me. He was right. It did cost more, but it was a fair quote and he called back almost immediately advising me that he had located a driver, Marcus of Lopes Shipping, for pick-up the very next day.

Interestingly while I was on the phone as well, he seemed to have the most-up-to-date technology, since he commented that there were "73 people in front of me". I am positive TM Shipping and Julia do not have this technology. The 73 people were 73 other suckers like me previously thinking that their order would be fulfilled at some lower price that no driver would touch.

The next day, Marcus of Lopes Shipping came to my home and picked up my 2 cars. He was a pleasant guy and he explained to me that he has been in business as an auto transporter for 8 years and has never had a claim. He said that Ship Your Car Now is a large broker and confirmed what I already concluded that Ship Your Car Now uses the latest technology in locating drivers. When I told him what had happened with TM Shipping, Marcus said that he had "never heard of this company." This comes from an auto shipper with 8 years experience of transporting cars from New England to Florida on a regular basis, and TM Shipping is based out of Miami.

Marcus picked up my car on a Wednesday from my home. When I arrived in Florida late Friday night, my two cars where perfectly parked next to one another in my driveway.

So when looking for the best shipping company from New England or around NYC to Florida or along the way, contact Lopes Shipping. When looking for a broker covering the entire country, contact Jay Rapp of Ship Your Car Now LLC. Don't bother with TM Shipping, unless you want to end up with no driver coming to pick up your cars and scrambling to contact another auto shipping broker 72 hours before your scheduled flight.

My name is Tim and I'm the owner of TMShipping company. Thank you for your feedback, and for taking the time to share your experience with us. It's greatly appreciated as it helps us to improve the quality of our services. It's really disappointing to me that you were left unsatisfied.
Please, let me explain how things work and how the situation turned out to be that way.
We are a brokerage company and at first, you conclude an agreement with us to arrange your car transportation. After that we check what carrier company is available to ship your car on the date requested, and 24 hours prior to the pickup date we receive the details from the carrier company assigned - what time the pickup is going to be on the following day, the phone# and name of the particular driver and kind of truck that the car will be transported on. Carrier companies have many trucks and they base their route on the loads collected, and sometimes they change the route due to such reasons as not having been able to get enough loads, technical issues, customers canceling shipping at the last minute, etc. All these things make carriers to rearrange everything, and that's the reason that no company can provide you with all the details too far in advance - in most cases it happens a day or two before the first available pickup date you choose.
In your particular case, everything was going according to plan. The carrier company was assigned for the pickup on the 23rd of August, 2018 and we were expecting the details for the pickup timing and the contact information of the driver from them. You contacted us 48 hours prior to the pickup and canceled your agreement with our company. We made several unsuccessful attempts to contact you.
We do understand that you wanted to be sure as far in advance as possible that your car will be picked up on time. I do believe that it was our manager's slip not to give you enough of the details on how this whole process works. I would like to assure you that none of the situations similar to this one is left out. Each one of them would always be brought to the attention of all of the employees in our regular meetings, and discussed in detail so we can improve our customer service and avoid similar situations in the future.
I would personally like to thank you once again for this review. As it was brought to my attention I made sure that this situation was looked into and would not happen again.
Bucky, I would also like to explain that all brokers work in the same database, therefore with the same base of carrier companies that are members of the particular system, who work in the United States. None of a broker company has access to any different database or special technologies. The only difference is the price that a particular broker company offers. Our company values each one of our customers, their time and money. Therefore, we always aim to offer the best shipping rates to our clients, but also the realistic ones. And, as you know, we never charge anything upfront.
Bucky, I'm very sorry that I wasn't able to reach out to you at the time. Due to this misunderstanding, I would like to give you and your family members a special offer - you can ship your car with us five times and there would be no service fee applied from our side (it's only the carrier who you would need to pay for the shipping).
Please, do not hesitate to contact us and I am sure that we can find a way to leave you satisfied with our customer services.

Absolutely shocking experience! Over 2 weeks late collecting my vehicle. I'm now in TX, moved half way across the country. Every day, same thing "I'll call you later today once I confirm a driver". Yet to receive a call from them. I keep calling and get same results. They even removed my request from the system at one point. Claimed to have called me several times with a driver which was a compete lie. Never received a single call from them. Every time you call you'll get some one who barely speaks English which makes it even more frustrating. Over all a shambles of a company.

Taking in consideration this fact, we had to refuse several offers due to a high price. Also, please, pay attention, that due to the latest incident in TX(flood), there are really few driver's who are available on your route. Numerous driver's were involved in citizens evacuation. We're really sorry for having a negative experience with our company but unfortunately we've become hostages of the circumstances.

This company was so horrible to work with that I had to cancel my contract. I booked a pick up a month in advance to have a car moved from Tampa to NY. Max assured me that he would call me a pick up time and date. I called Max several times in the week leading up to the pick up and he said he would call me back once he confirmed a driver and never did. The night before he is supposed to get the car, he tells me that there is no room and he would be happy to cancel the contract with me. Great job Max!

There is a very high demand for people leaving FL and not enouhg truck and because of this prices go up as carriers demand more. They were supposed to get my car around June 5th. (They cant give you an exact pick up date, just a 5 day window.) But when then 5th had come and gone, they called me to say a driver went missing. I was moving from Las Vegas to Seattle so I had to leave my car in Vegas with a friend hoping they would get it soon. A week later they called to say that someone could get it but it would cost $150 more. I was furious. I was expecting a discount because of the inconvenience not an increase! I ended up saying dont bother and went with another company.

TMS raised the cost of my car haul $200 the day of shipment knowing I had no other alternatives but to agree to the increase! Their excuses were high season and few trucking options but don't compare to me feeling taken advantage of. BEWARE if you're quoting them...

The carrier and our company are 2 different companies. We do not set the transportation prices. The carriers do. The carrier companies set the price for transportation according to the distance, route complexity, amount of cars being shipped at once, season. In the current situation with the pandemic and the unrest happening all over the country, the prices could change even over one week. We do not have any impact on that, the carriers set the price according to the market situation and demand. But we always try to keep the price the same according to the agreement. The truck demand was very high on your route and some of the carrier companies simply didn't work because of the COVID-19 and the protests. And the ones that did work raised their rates. In 95% of cases, we do our best to keep the price the same for our clients even in these difficult and uncertain times for our country by working in such cases for free. They may have good reviews and but they are bait and switch. The quote you a good rate and then when you are entering your credit card information all of a sudden there is a book fee. You speak with what appears to be a foreign call center - everyone I spoken with appeared to be of Indian or a similar decent but had name like Bob, Sally, Carrier, or Paul. This is a sad business practice.

There are no hidden fees or charges you refer to in your review. I would NOT recommend this company. They do not honor the price quote you are given. The customer service agent I delt with has zero customer service skills. Checkout their business Facebook page. You can't leave a review or even leave a comment. Says all I need to know right there. Save yourself the headache and go with a ligit company.

Be advised to look at line #17 of there contract... You will be charged the DEPOSIT plus THE COST THEY QUOTE YOU... They quoted me $250.00 to ship my car total... The deposit is not a part of the $250.00 dollar cost... The deposit was $100 in my case... So the total was actually $350.00 when it was all done... But they don't disclose that the deposit is not a part of the cost until you get your contract... SHADY way of doing business... Buyers beware...

Our goal is to provide the best service for our customers and we always try to keep the total price according to the contract. Since the driver's fee changes sometimes depending on numerous factors such as weather conditions, driver's availability etc., we use our deposit to cover the difference. Therefore, our deposit is not our commission only but also used as a "back-up" for those cases when the prices of carriers go up. There are times when we end up using our deposit completely so our customer's vehicle is shipped, because our customers come first.

Please note when filling out the contract online you can read all the items of it and become fully aware of the way we work. The payment and cancellation policy of the contract states clearly that "All deposits and service fees are final and non-refundable. Deposit is TMShipping service fee. It is not included in quoted price", because we are a brokerage company. There is nothing hidden in the contract. Also, if customers have any additional questions regarding payment, cancellation, shipping process etc. we are always available to answer them.
