For all the time of transportation the driver was always in touch and I could find out about their location. At the agreed time, my car was delivered to the specified address.
When I called TMShipping, I doubted that I would get the trailer I needed. This is because I was already denied a few other companies. There were no free covered trailers. But here I was told that there is a covered trailer and he can come at any time. I signed a contract with TMShipping for the transportation of my cars. Two days later a big trailer came to me, took my cars and in four days they were delivered to Colorado. I liked this service and I highly appreciate the company's work.

Hello, costumer experience overall was great. I am giving them 1 stars however because they never found a driver even though i had booked this shipment in advance. I was never made aware that this might be a problem especially since the shipment was only from Massachusetts to Maryland. I travel a lot for work and basically flew in to another state, ubered around and rented a car until i found another shipping company. Very frustrating.

This company was so horrible to work with that I had to cancel my contract. I booked a pick up a month in advance to have a car moved from Tampa to NY. Max assured me that he would call me a pick up time and date. I called Max several times in the week leading up to the pick up and he said he would call me back once he confirmed a driver and never did. The night before he is supposed to get the car, he tells me that there is no room and he would be happy to cancel the contract with me. Great job Max!

There is a very high demand for people leaving FL and not enouhg truck and because of this prices go up as carriers demand more. We cannot influence this and always do our best to schedule a carrier at the lowest possible rate.
