I've always purchased from Tirerack. The extensive reviews by users, ratings, and ability to search by Vehicle make and model are amazing. This helps immensely with my decision making. The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate, though I wish you had a "Save For Later" button or checkbox next to each tire when the search results are listed. I had to go into each click on each tire and Save For Later on that page.
I absolutely hate the changes you've made to your website since last time I've ordered. For years, it was really easy to just shop by size and have the results in order by price. It doesn't work like that now. It was complicated, a little confusing and just took longer... and this Gen-Xer doesn't like anything making it harder than it used to be. What you had worked. Also, the little window advertising 1.5% off my order popping up seemingly every click at checkout is super annoying.
Tried to schedule tire rack mobile installation however it would not display the cost. Received tires within 2 days. Got them installed locally and they look awesome. Drive so much better than the crappy stock tires. Highly recommend the Falken wild peak trail for newer Jeep grand Cherokee L.
Price and they have a lot of knowledge. Seem to be right on with reviews so it helps you make the right decisions for what tire you want

(Tire Rack should advise buyers about this) The installer i selected was surprised by the delivery of my tire, and seemed annoyed he hadn't been notified beforehand. He wouldn't give me an appointment to install the tires sooner than two weeks. I'm driving on a run-flat, so that's a problem for me. So you should be sure you contact your installer before ordering. Otherwise, buying was smooth & delivery was fast

The experience was amazing. I ordered two rear tires for my wifes BMW Z3. We had put four of the same tires three years prior but it was time to replace rears. Common on some bimmers. Great tires. Riken Raptors. Great service Firestone. Easy order. All online! Delivered right to installer and even set install appointment theough Tire Rack!
By the way, I made original purchase of these tires with Tire Rack too. They had all the info about that purchase so I was sure I was getting right matching tires. Awesome!

Identifying the proper tire size for my vehicle was very easy. The tire suggestions made after answering some questions online gave really good advise that did not necessarily break the bank. After doing some more research, I chose the best option for me and confirmed that I saved some money compared to what my local trusty mechanic offered.
Tires got to me the very next day! They were appropriately labeled and packaged.
Only questionable thing was the ‘anti-aging', storage, protective layer on the tires was coming off once I got my hands on these. Not sure when this occurred but the rubber looks like new so not worried about it.
Overall a great experience. Will see how the tires hold up.
My tires came within a few days, which made me very happy as it was in between winter storms. I had received a delay notification, and the tracking was not available, but they showed up in less time than I expected regardless. Had my suspension tech at my work mount and balance, seem to ride great, hope they last a while.
I was really surprised that the lugs, lug tool, and center hubs came with the wheels. I ordered these wheels from the new castle delaware distribution center parking lot. Within 20 minutes they brought them out on a cart and loaded them on the back of my pickup. I almost cancelled the order for 4 - A/T 3,265/70/17 Cooper tires as I never received email, text or notice when the tires were going to be shipped. I then went to original email for the order, looked up the tracking number, and discovered only 2 tires had been shipped the day before and dropped off at the business next door. The other 2 tires came the following day. That bad customer service.
Friends said they have good prices, but that was not the case. I will not use Tire Rack for future purchases and will not recommend to friends.

Easy to Order, Got a call to make sure I knew the tires were oversized which is what I wanted, great that they reached out to check. Price was the best I could find for 5 tires and 5 wheels, they were $300+ lower than the next best price at a website I didn't know. Two days later the tires arrived as I was told they would. All over they seem like a A+ operation, I would deffently buy from them again.
The price and I know they are a business that I can trust, not a here today gone tomorrow.
