The app promotes racism against Jews, violence, rape, terrorist organizations, spreading lies, murder, nudity, and animal abuse.
When users report such content, TikTok claims it does not violate community guidelines, even though all of these clearly do.
This app is absolutely low quality and disgraceful.
I have contacted support more than 30 times and received nothing but complete disregard, robotic and automated replies that do not address even a fraction of my complaint.
They make me sick.

My TikTok Shop (@driven2tellshop) was deactivated despite 0 violations, per a September 10 email with 200 points (Ticket #**************). I've submitted an Amazon invoice and ID for 405 West Clay St, Albany, MO, but appeals failed, and I can't appeal again. Support hasn't clarified why, leaving my book sales on hold. This is frustrating after months of effort. TikTok, please address.

I tried to set up a TikTok shop for my sacred harmony apothecary business. The first application was rejected and they wanted more information so I went in to try to do that. It took me to a whole new application in which it got approved now these two accounts are cross firing with each other. The account information on the seller account that got approved has the wrong email address that has been closed for over a year and I cannot confirm anything or put any bank details and to be able to get paid whenever something was to sell. I have tried to chat with them. They put tickets out two of the tickets that were started. You got closed out because they were trying to say it was within the same category or something like that. I have been on a loop with these people trying to get this stuff fixed. Nothing has been corrected. And I keep having someone come in telling me that I needed to get my application approved whenever it was already approved.
To top this all off in the ticket help center section I only see half of the email and cannot scroll over to the left to see the full message. I have told this to them many times and nothing is said about that on top of which I needed to be approved for two different categories to sell two products that I currently offer And that page also does not work
I decided to try to close the page but once again I need a confirmation code which they are sending to the wrong email address that has been closed for over a year and when I asked about closing my account, all I get is an email about how I should close my account whenever I Told them I wasn't able to due to this issue I have unlinked my seller account from my personal account and have removed my products from the seller shop. I do not recommend them at all because it is a merry-go-round with them trying to get them to understand your issues. I had to do screenshots when I actually physically chatted with someone to show him the issues, but the people in the ticket are oblivious to what the issues are.

Since January Tiktok has become a social platform for Trumpzi Maga political and religious hate, often removing content that expresses dissent or resistance to the present government regime; as well as content supportive of constitutional human rights in clear violation of the first amendment using their community guidelines as a flimsy excuse for content removal and banning accounts of those they wish to silence! They have in short then turned into a political and religious propaganda tool for the developing authoritarian police state oligarchic regime trying to seize power by undermining and overturning the US Constitution by every means possible.

Buying something from tiktok is all well and good until you return then try get your money back i returned soap that was wrong item and also broken and spilled everywhere iv been waiting for my refund when it was rejected so I put a review in I finally got through to customer service who after a long struggle to get them to realise items defective even with pics they finally promised I'd recieve my refund between 3 to 4 days after that it was sent back to wholesale uk to review they have just ignored me and still no refund

Everytime I get write on a video or someone's FYP TikTok turns right around and deletes what I say. Some I understand getting deleted but every time I write anything it gets deleted. TikTok you are so unfair and don't believe in freedom of speech.

One you get emotionally hurtful lives and ads attacking people about abortion and other inappropriate things and that's ok but if you voice your distaste to these things in comments you get in trouble while they keep posting bullying crap. My BIGGEST is all the clothing ads coming up on my feed talking about the clothes being cheaper than they are. Saying grab this dress for 5 bucks and it's actually 23, or saying a work out machine is less than 5 bucks when It's listed at 60. Yall got tranny's making lives which I find appalling, you got people coming at people for having abortions I personally feel attacked. Enterprise on 211 in Middletown NY- the nastiest people I have ever met. The day of pick up, they advised me that for a 12 plus passenger car- a credit card is required, but I was not informed. My husband had to call them to confirm the reservation and when he came in the day before to make sure the van was available- he was never once informed that a credit card was required for large vehicles and when he went the day of pick up he was told that a credit is required. When he asked why he wasn't informed of this, when he spoke to someone via phone and in person, they lied and said I heard my coworker tell you when she called you. But my husband called them. They were so unprofessional! They refused to help in any way. So i had to go pick up my husband and during my break from work from a hospital job, which is not easy to get a break most times and 30 mins is all i had, but I went to give him my car. When I went in to speak to a manager and ask for the form that specifies that a credit card is required for large vans, she printed the form out and when I read it with her and saw that it did not indicate it- I asked for her to call the hot line to file a complaint. She refused and so I asked her to provide me with the number. She did and while I was holding the paper, standing at the desk she snatched the paper out of my hand and ripped it and refused to give me another one. There was no apology and no assisting me with other options at all. If you can avoid renting from here, please avoid at all cost. They are not helpful or friendly people at all and they just lost the company money. Now, I have to find a rental last minute and hope they its 1. Affordable and 2. Available. My sister is married to a man in the Marines and I have not seen her or her new born baby and they are being stationed else where after Thanksgiving. So now, I won't even be able to meet my 2 month old nephew and these people at the Middletown office did not care enough to help me with other options. If i could rate this a zero I would! They ruin my thanksgiving with my family, who dont live right around the corner.

I have been trying to resolve a simple refund issue with TikTok for weeks now. Despite following their instructions and submitting multiple requests through Google Play, my refund request for unused TikTok coins has been repeatedly denied. The communication from TikTok's support has been circular and unhelpful, sending me back to Google Play even though Google has stated it cannot process the refund.

This ongoing issue is causing delays in resolving other important matters, and TikTok's lack of effective support has been extremely frustrating. I expect better from a company of this size, and I hope they improve their customer support processes to provide real solutions instead of repetitive responses

Tiktok is a horrible company that is racist and bias. They cater more to the big creators and the Caucasian creators. If you are Caucasian and side with people of color then you are treated just as bad. When you let them know that you consider them that way.They definitely make sure to ban you by constantly giving you strikes for comments defending yourself and are not as bad as the monkey comment you received. So I started reporting other peoples Post about them saying Trump is an $#*!, Melania is a call girl and she lays on her back all night, Melane is ugly and Already had Botox. Etc. Some one has started a hate acount about my son. He is getting bullied and threatened. At least 50 of our friends have reported this acount but still nothing. Its getting so bad my son considered taking his own life. We have informed the police now and they are helping. All we won't is the ip address so we no who has started the acount. Its seems that tiktok could not give a.uvk. Its absolutely disgusting that they carnt even remove the acount.

I really don't like Facebook because it caters to too many Crybabies that get offended when you write something. And then Facebook bans people for stuff that's not really that offensive

They suspended my account the moment I transferred $100,- for ad spend. They refuse to help and refuse to pay back or cancel the transfer. This is plain theft in any country and this behaviour is abominable.

Customer service is non-existent as well.

Tiltok will remove posts ghat is not harmfull but they will not remove posts that incites hatred towards women, children and will promote racism and violence because when you report these post Tiktok leaves it!

The did not solve my problem in TikTok although its been more than a year that I don't have a story option neither cant see others stories or create one?! Till now this issue still presents however i did a lot of complaints and tickets
