I recently bought a pair of 'Saskia' sunglasses from TIJN.

I really liked the glasses that came to me, but the earpieces were way too large/long. They do not cover return shipping, and it would have been $163 to send back (the glasses were $110). That is a HUGE red flag to me, so make sure you are VERY accurate on your measurements and triple check everything, or else you will be out >$270.

I can't review their eyeglasses, because I never received them. I can review their "Customer service" between Twitter, instagram, email, and chatting through their website I sent over twenty communications over the course of a week after being notified my glasses were stuck in customs. I sent them what was required. They asked for my SSN and said they were dealing with it, then I received the notification it was being shipped back to China. When I reached out after being told they were going back, I get a bot answer saying if I didn't provide documents to customs, I don't get my items. Don't trust them. Don't waste your money. SCAM

The glasses I have from TIJN are very cute and it is a shame I have had an overall bad experience with them. BUT they are the worst quality of glasses I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never had a problem like this. They are very poor quality and the material gave me contact dermatitis on my ears. When I reached out to TIJN customer service, they were not empathetic, helpful or proactive. They offered a 10% discount… which I think it terrible. I do not think it is a surprise that they don't allow reviews on their website.

TIJN has really cute and affordable glasses! Their frames are very lightweight and have great quality - all their glasses are very aesthetic. Packaging is really cute, would definitely recommend you purchase from them!

The website had a lot of cute glasses to choose from! I ordered these cute hexagon glasses that took a month to arrive which was a little disappointing but It was worth the wait! I received a lot of compliments from others when wearing the glasses.

Firstly, the glasses are ugly. Good photography with ads, but glasses are horrible. Poor quality. With me they got the prescription wrong, and wouldn't issue refund, even though at their request, I sent the glasses back at my expense. Do not use. Complete scam.

I've been meaning to write a review on this for awhile, but I forgot all about these glasses until I found them again abandoned in my car. I love the frames that I bought from this site, and everything was going well with my new glasses until I tried to clean them one day. Literally the first time I tried to clean it without my microfiber because I didn't have it one me, the lens scratched immediately (and it was with just my t-shirt). Obviously, using the microfiber is the best way, but a t-shirt scratched the lens that easily? I was very very disappointed. It literally scratched so bad that when I wear them it's just foggy. Really awful, so needless to say, I won't be buying here again.

I ordered a pair of cute gold glasses. After a month and a half of waiting, they finally arrived. However, the glasses were silver and not gold. I don't want silver and I didn't want to wait another 30+ days for a new pair of glasses. At first when I messaged the customer service email, they were friendly. But as I began to ask to return the glasses for a full refund, they became rude. I sent in a picture and they told me the color was in fact gold and not silver. This was entirely false. They refused to be helpful and take the glasses back. I do not understand why they are acting like this. All I want is to give them the glasses back and be refunded. It is within the 30 day period and it is not my fault they sent the wrong color. DO NOT buy from here.

The first pair came too big, and broke too fast, had to order again and the second pair is ok. They sell fast.
