TXT concert was the first time using TickPick. It's relatively easy to use. Since then, I used this for several other concerts. I have purchased tickets on the way to a concert last minute. Literally on the way and everything went smoothly an hour before it started.

Bought baseball tickets the morning of the game at a great "all in" price. Bought and paid through Apple Pay, and tickets were electronically delivered within an hour. Loaded tickets on my TM app and transferred to my Apple Wallet. Was admitted smoothly and enjoyed the deal.

I had a great experience with this purchase, buying baseball game tickets for my dad's birthday a day before the game. The process was so easy and the app is very user friendly, I could even use Apple Pay immediately. The ticket prices were great deals and they were legit too. I have definitely been careful and worried to use resale sites because of them being fake, but not here! Even better, there are no fees! So the price you see is the price you pay. Love that. I sent on the site to check prices to an upcoming event. I had not entered my credit card info so I knew that nothing bad could happen. I WAS WRONG. I clicked a button to find out what the total would be for the 4 tickets I had selected, to my amazement the site went on to purchase the tickets. Almost $1000.00 USD. I have no idea how they obtainedy new cars info because the last time I used the site was before I recently received a new card and # from the CC company. To my dismay, the site made the purchase. I immediately contacted Tick Pick (within 15 minutes) to explain the error. I was informed they have a "no refund or cancellation" policy and that I could resell the tickets! I asked for a supervisor and was told again the same information.
Stay away from these crooks.
Thank you Jack S, but your words are somewhat hollow. I am attaching an email response from the support center. This reply is from YOU. It states that Tick Pick will give me a CREDIT? It was an error on a site that is set up in a predatory fashion. No confirmation of the purchase, just goes straight on to purchase the tickets. Furthermore, your company had no way of even having my new credit card info. Somehow Tick Pick mined that info from MasterCard.
You want to give a credit where youve already made your money, then sell the tickets to make more $$!
This is ridiculous. I called the help line less than 30 minutes after the erroneous purchase.

Wouldn't price match with their guarantee 110% lowest price 36 minutes after purchasing tickets. Check other venders prior to purchase
Wanted some tickets day of, and it was so easy! Nice to know all in pricing without having to checkout first. Got my tickets sent to me electronically about 20 minutes after I purchased them. Will buy from TickPick again!
