This was my first experience with TickPick and had read some reviews and nervous to try it. I saw the same tickets on Ticketmaster for $10 more because of fees. TickPick saved us $20 for two tickets. Everything went very smoothly. After I purchased on the app, I got a confirmation email, then later that same day I got an email that the tickets were ready to be transferred into my Ticketmaster app. I transferred the tickets very easily and no problems getting into the concert.
