So, I bought tickets to a UCLA basketball game -- downloaded, no problem. Then I bought tickets to a USC basketball game -- and that's when things went off the rails.
The tickets were mobile only. But that didn't work. So I tried 'claiming' them as printable. The seller 'transferred them to me -- but because I'd claimed them as printable and they were mobile-only, they disappeared into somewhere between the seller and me. TickPick couldn't do anything, I couldn't do anything, USC couldn't do anything -- at least not by phone.
The happy ending to the story is that when I got to the box office and showed them the email I'd printed out saying I'd claimed the tickets, they just re-printed real ones and it all worked out fine.
The "integration" between some college box offices and secondary sites like this one is definitely lacking -- but it's hard to pin blame (well, okay: mostly I blame SC).

As is the policy of TickPick and every similar ticket marketplaces we're unable to cancel any orders for events that are currently considered postponed as the tickets will be valid for the makeup date once announced.
I echo the zero reviews. These guys are terrible. Bid on tickets in prime seating and was given nose bleed seats. Had to get an oxygen mask just to get up there. Customer disservice said too bad all sales final. Really? The tickets aren't even in the right section.

I purchased a ticket specifically for Balcony 307, Row 13 at a Celtics Game and the ticket I purchased was in a different row a few seats up. I purchased this seat specifically because my friends with tickets were in the same row as me, but I didn't get the row I paid for. When I called customer service, they told me adamantly that it is clearly written in the FAQ that you might get a different seat than what you paid for. There isn't a single link to the FAQ during the purchasing process. They pride themselves on being "the most transparent, consumer friendly marketplace" but they are anything but that. You don't even get exactly what you pay for. Can't not recommend these people enough, turned what was supposed to be a fun night into a frustrating experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not trust this website, stick to StubHub.

I ordered tickets to the NYR game at 1pm today. Paid and got an email saying I'd get my tickets shortly. 4:30pm rolls around- and finally an email, but it says my tickets were sold to another buyer! I was on my way to the game with NOTHING. Called tick pick and their service was AWFUL. They did nothing for me and I was forced to scramble and pay more for tickets just so I could go. Worst site. Worst service. Worst managers ever.
I bought tickets for Jersey Boys in NYC. They emailed me tickets for Ohio.
I called and emailed them the same day I got the tickets (the show was also later that day), but they wouldn't give me a refund nor give me another set of tickets for the right location.

Bought tickets to the peach bowl an hour and half before the game. They said they would send me the tickets. It was taking a while so i called the customer service # and spoke to lady. She tried several different ways to get the tickets to me, but was never able to get them to come to my email or the ticketmaster site. We missed the game. When i called afterward to tell them what happened, they said it was my problem because of the internet connection- this is complete bull because i was getting all the other emails tickpick were sending me to try and reset passwords, etc to resolve it. Also was on ticketmaster website the whole time also with no issues. I can show all the emails i received during this time. The tickets a week later are still not anywhere to be found in my emails or ticketmaster to again prove this was not a connection issue. Will never use them again unless they make this right and also will post this story on every site i can find so no one else gets ripped off!
