Purchased their ticket on a Friday for a Sunday NFL game. Never got any delivery or updates until less than 3 hours before game time. Couldn't reach them to ask when to expect delivery. Inside of 3 hours of start other ticket sites are closed. Was forced to purchase a second ticket from ticketmaster to be sure I would get into the game. Then they sent my TickPick ticket.
