This site is a scam. Do not use this site. They are definitely not legitimate. Everything they say is a lie and not accurate.

Scam! Do not use them to buy or sell tickets. They take your money and do nothing to assist afterwards. I have a 1 star to make a statement but they truly deserve a 0. Buyer (or seller) beware!

Horrible... charged me $57.00 each for tickets that cost $10.00 - I am an elderly lady that was only trying to purchase tickets for an event. When I called after I found out the tickets were only $10.00 I was basically told they are a third party and to bad, so sad.

I DO NOT like giving bad reviews but this is something very sketchy! BEWARE and watch the numbers all the way! Terrible customer service! Ticketmaster, Stubhub, nor SeatGeek have ever been so useless!

I tried to list some tickets on this site. They e-mailed me and told me that the venue required the original.pdf copy in order to get in the site. Here's the catch, they don't issue.pdf tickets. You just print from their website, and you get in with paper copies all the time. I told them that wasn't the case, and they told me that I was correct, but that their policy was you had to send the original.pdf copy, not a printed copy. I told them that there was no way to do that, and then told them I would list them on stubhub. They sold 5 minutes after I listed them. Oh, and they sat on my listing for two days before they told me what I had uploaded was not correct.

In order to resell tickets through TTC, they make you promise to not try sell them through any other venue.
I trusted their promotional materials that claimed they'd do a good job reselling them for me (for a hefty slice). Although I was confident that I could sell them privately, I trusted them as professionals to do a better job, quicker than me.
They failed, 100% to sell my tickets, and now I've lost $500 because of having trusted them.
I'm furious for their having misrepresented their services as being trustworthy.

I sold 8 ticket for an event and never received payment. They sent me emails and screenshots "showing" they sent an eCheck payment via PayPal but PayPal has no record of this payment. When I try to request the funds via PayPal and type in the email address I have been corresponding with "*******@tickettocash.com", it comes up as Daniel Ruiz Jr. Rather than a company name. There is no customer service phone number and they're no longer replying to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I'm Extremely dissatisfied! Absolutely No help or way to talk to anyone. They are affiliated with Big Stub-who advised me to sell my tickets through them' but I can't get any help from them either and No way to see if my tickets have sold because it won't even let me log in because it says that my email is already used for Big Stub but I listed my tickets with ticket to cash and it honestly seems like Big stub and ticket to cash are working together to rip people off!

I bought some tickets to a show and the price jumped from what it showed each ticket was right before checkout. So I accidentally bought them way overpriced and the website says "100% money-back guarantee" which is BS! I contacted them to return my tickets and they said the only way to get my money back is to list them on the website and hope someone buys them! SCAM I hate this website.

Seller Beware!
Bottom line: they never put our tickets for sale! This is an extremely poor process or an outright scam. Can't talk to anyone. They won't respond to emails. It is the day before the concert and tickets are still not listed. It is well after the date they said they would list them ( in writing). Nope! Did not do it. Blatantly ignoring everything. Does anyone know if I have any recourse other then giving them a bad review?

Don't sell your tickets on this site. They will ask you to accept a 15% seller fee which is totally fair. What they don't tell you is they reserve the right to mark up the tickets you are selling to a higher price than you listed so they can try to make more money off the sale while assuming none of the risk that the tickets might not sell. Site is a fraud.

I was new to selling tkts online. It took several emails between CSRs and me to finish the listing process. They were extremely patient and helpful.

I cant believe that I had the SAME EXACT problem as everyone else. I called their "emergency hot line" several times. No one ever returned my call. I emailed several times, and no one ever responded. I had tickets for a sold out show... and they couldnt sell my tickets for BELOW cost... and i gave them TEN DAYS to do so? And they didnt even list my tickets for almost a week? I am going to do my best to take them to small claims court. I am out almost $300. Anyone want to join me?

Tried to use service for tickets i could not use. Listed tickets 2 1/2 weeks prior to event. Trickets remained pending for over a week. Emailed customer support for assistance and received no help. Deleted my tickets to sell on my own 2 days before the event. Site is a joke

I tried to sell tickets on their platform and they changed my listing to pending 3 days before the event requiring an upload of the receipt for my purchase of the tickets but there was no way to upload the receipt. I called and left multiple voice messages (including on their 48 hour emergency line), sent multiple emails (with the receipt attached) and contacted them on their site based contact form. Never received a reply. The event passed and my tickets weren't sold because they were never visibly listed! P. S,, Still haven't received any response from them... Stay far away from this incompetent excuse for a company.
I really wish there was a way to rate them with negative stars!

I made the mistake, THE BIG MISTAKE, of doing business with this company. NEVER AGAIN. I've emailed them SEVERAL times. NO RESPONSE. I lowered the price on my tickets (I was trying to sell), but they never lowered the price on their site. Their add on fees are higher than anyone else's and when I tried to get a refund because I had Covid and am afraid to go to the concert, they told me that wasn't a good reason to get a refund. I even bought the insurance. My daughter bought tickets to the same concert through ticketmaster, NO PROBLEMS. Her money was refunded, no questions asked almost a year ago. When Covid was high. Now, I'm wondering. Can I give this site a negative star review?
