I tried to sell tickets on their platform and they changed my listing to pending 3 days before the event requiring an upload of the receipt for my purchase of the tickets but there was no way to upload the receipt. I called and left multiple voice messages (including on their 48 hour emergency line), sent multiple emails (with the receipt attached) and contacted them on their site based contact form. Never received a reply. The event passed and my tickets weren't sold because they were never visibly listed! P. S,, Still haven't received any response from them... Stay far away from this incompetent excuse for a company.
I really wish there was a way to rate them with negative stars!

Don't use this site!
