My flight was canceled and I called hotel and tickets at work to cancel. It's been over a month and still no refund has been issued. Hotel sent me my one night penalty charges but tickets at work still haven't issued my remaining monies. Never use them it's a scam. Currently seeking help from an attorney on principle. They want honor their own cancelation policy. Horrible Company by VJ
After my horrible experience with my ticket purchase to Zoo Tampa I received a call from Richard S and he was able to resolve the situation immediately!
