Tried this website for some play tickets. Called for agent to place my order. Charged my card and said I'd get an email with ticket pick up information. Several hours later I received an email telling me that either my credit card did not go through (it did) or there were problems with the ticket. Strangely the tickets are no longer available. Sounded too good to be true - stay away from this place - selling inventory that they don't really have.
I love going to concerts. I use Ticketluck often because I know I can rely on it easily. It's usually right there with the best value for the price. This is a very professional website to get tickets and I've never had a problem while buying my tickets. I have always had good experiences with them and would recommend them to someone else looking to purchase tickets to events.
Saw GA tickets for a decent price and jumped on them... during the checkout process they show you the total of the tickets (decent price) and you begin to check-out. As you're in the process of paying, the price jumps up, but they don't show you that it changed. Your thumb is already on Apple Pay at that point! By the time you realize you've paid $60 more, it's too late! Stay away...
Ticket Luck is a bait and switch ticket scam. Do not give these people your credit card number. Their price claims are a complete lie that you do not realize until the bill arrives. With the added service fees, and the handling fees the tickets end up being more expensive than face value. Ticket Luck is a complete scam, and their custome service is a joke. No customer service supervisors are ever available and the people that do answer the phone are rude. Beware of this crook.
I purchased two tickets to Shen Yun at the Dr Phillips Center. I was informed that my tickets would not be delivered until the day of the concert. I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after I placed it. I was told all sales are final but I could resell them for a steep discount on their website. I asked them to provide me the seat numbers which they said they didn't have at this time and I wouldn't have them until I received the tickets. Not to worry if you don't receive your tickets we will give you a full refund. That doesn't instill any confidence. I want to see the show and if I don't get the tickets it will be to late to purchase them at the last minute. The bottom line is that they're selling tickets they don't have. It doesn't seem legal to sell something you don't own. This company shouldn't be allowed to stay in business. BUYER BEWARE
While the McAfee logos might clarify that all is legal, Ticket Luck is known for price gouging. Quite often they charge a ridiculous markup (meaning HUNDREDS of dollars) more than tickets are worth. After the individual realizes they've been screwed, Ticket Luck hides behind the fact that the tickets are actually supplied by third parties (much like ebay). ALWAYS check the venue prices before purchasing from Ticket Luck - it will save you hundreds!

Bottom line: AVOID TICKET LUCK like the plague.
Purchased tickets in October for March West Side Story in New Orleans. Tickets were guaranteed repeatly but at the beginning of March I still did not have them. I received a call to let me know I would not be getting them.
They had oversold! I received tickets for the balcony section. AVOID THIS RIP-OFF AGENCY,
