It's so convenient to buy tickets on any fest wherever you are. Actually, nowadays it's of course preferable to buy everything from home, because of harsh lockdown and dangerous disease, anyway there are some people who go to offline stores and buy everything they want. I'm for social liability and I understand that it's very dangerous to go somewhere because I easily can be infected or accidentally infect someone. So, I acquire tickets on the fest due to this service, stayed at home. I want to thank this company because it offers great conditions in such tough times.
I purchased two Adele tickets from this site. It was too be 30 years anniversary present to wife. We have never brought something for ourselves like this. Show canceled and now 6 months later, i cannot get any of my money back - over $5000, which to my family is very painful. I have sent emails and waited on phone for hours. Noone picks up or gets back to me - YOU BASICALLY HAVE STOLEN $5000 FROM ME -HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We had tickets to ColdPlay at MetLife Stadium on Sunday July 17th at 8PM. At 12:30 pm, I received an email saying that the time was changed to 7 PM. We rushed to get there only to have Coldplay come on at 9:15. Why the change? Why the late notification? Why the rush and inconvenience?
Was expecting a bit more Christmas music (even if hard rock). The loudness obsecured the words when man narrating the Christmas portion of the program. People in front of me had 2 kids (approx 5 and 11)-- they only lasted for 2 songs. Volume was insane. Actually hurt my ears-- unpleasant overall. Extremely disappointed. Saw Mannheim Steamroller last year and the show was somewhat the same-- but didn't break your eardrums.
I thought the service fees were high and i had to call to and wait on hold forever to get my email sent with my tickets that I purchased for a same day event a few hours away. Which caused me even more money due to having to go somewhere to print them out.
Didnt get tickets emailed until the day of the show, which was unnerving and inconvenient since we drove seven hours and stayed overnight before the show. Part of the problem was the venue's policies.
Service was cordial, but long phone waits and a lack of specifics once contacted left me less than satisfied.
Sorry to hear you had a less than satisfactory experience with our service. I'm glad in the end that you did manage to get your tickets. We guarantee that you will get your tickets, and I hope that we get the opportunity to provide a better experience for you in the future.
This would have been an awesome show had it been in a venue with good acoustics. NRG (Reliant Stadium) is the worst.
Our ticket/seats were not the best. People around us were so crowded and noisy we had to give up our seats and go find other seating. We have gone to Disney events for years to celebrate a birthday. It was a disappointment.
A day after i bought the concert tickets i got called by your representative. I was told the tickets i bought originally were not available, they have me different seats in their place. The seats were worse than the originals. Not too pleased.
Sorry to hear you had a displeasing experience! Hopefully we can provide a more solid experience in the future.
The concert was absolutely amazing. They put on a great show! The only thing that was disappointing was that when I purchased my tickets I did not realize that we were in the very last row at the top of the stadium... the show was still very enjoyable but I could have purchased closer tickets for what I
Paid for mine, which I also paid almost twice as much as the face value. I'm
Pretty sure that I will not be purchasing tickets through your sight again.

Great tickets but why the hell do you need $40 per ticket to process the tickets then charge an additional $8 to email me a ticket. EMAIL, doesn't cost $#*!. There's no stamps, no envolopes, we are the ones that have to have it on our phones or r print them off, not you so why do we have to pay for you to send it. Unbelievable. You guys are worse then Michigan insurance prices in Detroit.
I love using ticket liquidator. Only thing this time was told in one email I had to download my tickets to take with. Then on another it said use this QRO code. It was numerous emails and calls giving different info that was extremely frustrating.
Sorry about that confusion, Allison. I hope you were able to enjoy the rest of the process and the show. Thanks for your review.
Seeing Jackson Browne andJames Taylor, same night, same venue, was like a dream come true. However, our tickets said 8:00 pm and Jackson started at 7:00. We were not alone in our disappointment. Some people had received emails about the mix up. We did not. To fly to Chicago and miss most of Jackson's opening concert was such a downer. We have loved him for over 40 years. The rest of the evening was fabulous and seeing the two of them do a few songs together was great fun
L thought the $25 service fee was too high and you had to pay it for each ticket. And next time l will just go downtown and buy my tickets.
Purchase was easy. Did not hear from anyone right away but finally got a call back and notification that ticket is on its way. Hoping for the best.
The tickets were amazing! However I was astonished when I was told I had to arrange to pick up the tickets from a bartender at a hotel somewhat near the venue. Traveling In NYC can be daunting if you don't know where you are and a police office told us not to walk from the us open to the hotel. I have never purchased tickets from a broker and had to do something so shady. Couriers would have been much preferred.
I went to see Stevie Windwood. I bought his t shirt and he would not sign my record album. Upset me tremendously. I will turn against him.
Was not impressed with Steely Dan, Too theatrical. I wanted to see them as they were in their prime.
Paid over double plus service fees and handling for tickets that were available at box office. Many tickets available at $55. I paid $102 each plus $38. In fees. About $140 more than I should for a event that had many seats available from the box office.
Sorry that the ticket prices were high. The tickets being sold on our site are being resold, meaning they're priced at market value as opposed to face value. That market value is subject to change based on the availability and demand of the tickets, so the price of the tickets will often be above or below face value. As for the fees, they help to cover the costs of providing great customer service and the outstanding technology that allows us to create quick and easy ticket purchasing process
For the price I feel the tickets didn't satisfied what I thought they would be. I expected the seats to be a lot closer. So I'm disappointed because I've wanted to see him for like for 5 years
You are holding out on fees until you have filled in all info- pain in the $#*! to go back in and change if you were looking to spend within a certain budget.
The original ticket price and the price that we paid was outrageous. Almost 1000% and the price from where we were located at Wells Fargo summer we almost need an oxygen. You lost a client!
Sorry if the price was high for you. The tickets on our site are resale tickets, and tickets that are being resold are sold at market value as opposed to face value. Market value varies based on availability and demand, and those final prices are set by the ticket sellers who list on our exchange. If you get a chance, you should shop around a bit next time you're looking for tickets. You may find that we're still among the cheapest for tickets, at time being cheaper than the actual face value.
Easy site to use.
Shame that no other options available online to purchase tickets. Will probably never use again!
A lot of money with extra fees at the end. The tickets were easy to get, but I'd have liked to have been able to see a chart where my seats are. Fees at the end added another $45 to each ticket which stinks!
Thanks for your review! Glad the tickets were easy for you to get and to access. Sorry if the fees felt a little high. They help us to cover the costs of providing a great service for our customers. As for the seats, we can't release certain specific information on resale tickets before they're sold because it creates the risk of fraudulent and duplicate ticket production. I'm glad you received your tickets! Enjoy your event!
The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that I had to print my tickets. I felt that was something that I shouldn't have to do. For that reason, I probably will seek out a different venue.
Sorry you were unhappy having to print the tickets. Different tickets have different delivery methods, and those delivery methods are detailed after you select the tickets you're interested in. For the next time, it might be simpler to find some tickets that are physically delivered to your house or that are digitally accessed on a mobile device.
While the show was really good, the first third was annoyingly hard to hear. The sound was so sharp my husband actually left.

Our goal is to bring you more tickets, better service and lower prices so that you can be there to witness the best the world of entertainment, culture and sports has to offer. I hope you still enjoyed your show! Thanks for your review!
